Amazing!

This JetKart is absolutely amazing! It's also so much fun, even for an adult like myself! The assembly was incredibly easy as all the Jetson products I own have been. The assembly part being easy is huge for me because it is difficult for me to assemble complicated things. Also, my favorite part about this JetKart is that it is very easy to learn how to use and very comfortable to sit on for a long period of time while enjoying the kart. The instructions were also very easy to read and understand, although I know I could have figured the JetKart out without instructions due to its effortless and uncomplicated unboxing and assembly experience. Instructions are always appreciated, however, and Jetson sure knows how to make the instructions, unboxing, and assembly experience of their products straightforward and trouble-free!

DISAPPOINTED

I got this for my 6 year old. We opened it Christmas morning put it together and went out to ride for less than 30 mins. Came back in, attempted to power off it would not cut off. So we just left it. Once it finally cut off, it will not cut back on! I hesitated buying this because of previous reviews but WOW! Jetson brand themselves is not good.

Disappointing

Bought this for our grandson for Christmas. Opened the box and the charger is missing. This is frustrating that we are giving him a gift that he can’t use until the company sends us a charger. Hope this does not take long or it will be returned to Sams Club.

Parts/battery terrible

We bought 3 of these for our kids and they rode them twice. Our nine year old weighs a little more and battery does not last more than 30 mins. Also we have had two plastic bolts break while trying to assemble. While riding (not even rough) one of the “Kleets or clip” that mount the seat to the Hoover board broke and we cannot find a part to replace it! Just very disappointed!

Hoverboard is really fun.The go kart handle broke!

We bought two this past Christmas (Dec 2022) and we are finally using the go carts since it’s warm enough now and my kids love it. Just today (May 2023) the handle broke on my sons cart mid use and it caused him to swear and almost crash. He’s 7 and I was supervising and I couldn’t understand how this thing broke off. We can’t reattach it. I called jetson but no one answered after waiting 40 mins. Then I opted for a call back and I haven’t received a call back disappointedly. I tried the chat feature online but the button doesn’t work. I am panicking we are stuck with a non /defective product, out of the investment we made into it and a disappointed little boy. I will reach out to Sam’s but I am afraid they can’t exchange it since it’s not in stock. I hope Jetson will reach out to me. Thank you.

great gift!

Got this for my son (8) to replace his “want” for a regular go kart for Christmas. It’s awesome! The seat lights up (has an on/off option so for the reviews saying it doesn’t work, you have to switch it on) the hoverboard lights up, it plays music. My son has taken it on a ride for over 4 miles on one battery charge! I wish it was still available so I could get another one and put it away for my daughter!

It is the coolest thing ever!

Thank you, Jetson. The lights match the seat, match the wheels, match the frame. I did need to recalibrate the hoverboard by itself from the shipping, but after that the steering was easier. She had to get used to it. I would suggest sitting before turning it on, because it was trying to leave without her. But we turned it off, she sat in it, positioned herself, and then I turned it on for her. This runs really well. Maybe not too long. Shes is less than 100 pounds and it ran for about 20 minutes. Would like to see it run longer. Overall its a nice toy.

piece of crap

Bought 2 for Christmas last year and one never worked right. Went and got my money back for it by the new year. The other one conked all the way out before spring even sprung (before February was over). I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Hoverboard

I have spoke to people and younger kids in place i attend weekly. 85% said it won't last and always loses it charge within minutes. My grandson received one for his birthday and it only lasted 3 weeks . Now he doesn't trust anything that is sold from a store on rechargeable motorized devices. But he did enjoye using the hoverboard for work, but it failed. Simple fixer was I send him plans on a motorized board using a motorcycle battery which holds a longer charge and will out do any rechargeable motor devices. This device is not worth buying until. Read the fine print and understood it right at the time you buy it. Do not wait for the 30 day return. Some stores do not want to keep that promise. If knowledgeable with multimeter test the battery and it's charger.
