The best part is when I add the fresh batch of this litter, my cat jumps right off in that and she likes it. It clumps really well so easy to clean and mess free.

My kitten seemed to take to it quickly and had no issues using it. My kitten is about 6 months old and seems to enjoy the new litter. It contained odors decently, although I have used other litters that masked smells much better. It did stick to my kittens paws quite a bit and made a mess. Overall, this wasnt my favorite litter to use, but for the price it is a decent budget litter if you are in a pinch.

It needs regular scooping to keep it working well, produces little dust when handled, and overall performs reliably for everyday use.

The packaging has a perforated “spout” on the side of the box if you want to pour the cat litter. I prefer using a scoop because of the weight, so I just opened it from the top as I always do.

Unlike bargain litters, the fresh step actually holds the waste together after it clumps for an easy and quick clean up. Big container for better bargain and last a decent time before topping off.

It controls odors really well, which is important, especially if you don’t scoop immediately every single time. The litter clumps fast and stays together, so cleaning the box is easy and not messy. There is a scent, but it’s not too strong and doesn’t bother me or my cat. It also seems to produce less dust than some other litters I’ve tried. It’s not perfect, but it does the job and I would buy it again.

I like that it clumps for easy clean up after each use of the cat box. I have a large and messy male cat that tracks litter out of the box when he is finished using it, and I’ve noticed less litter on the outside of the box, which means less sweeping and mopping for me each day. I would recommend this litter to anyone with cats. Very easy clean up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use an automated litter box so it’s important to use litter that won’t clog the trap, and of course it’s also nice to use litter that absorbs waste and odors effectively. This has been great on all counts! I’ve also noticed that the odor shield is effective and doesn’t emanate a cloying scent. It was easy to pour into the machine using the tab and it lasted longer than my previous litter brand.

He gets many treats in his diet so having an odor shield is important to me. The weigh was easy enough for me to use but heavy enough that the box stayed in place, and it was easy to store. Overall easy to clean, and easy on the nose! Super happy and would buy again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really good kitty litter. It is heavy but absorbs really well and locks in odor very nicely while releasing a fresh febreeze scent for days. It keep the house fresh and clean when you have kitties and cats.
