extremely greasy. over 1 cup of fat from the package. bland too salty tastes more like a hotdog than it should. smells like garlic but tastes like salt. it would be helpful if this was divided into smaller packs. cooking 3 lbs of sausage when it ia this fatty is gross. I'll never buy this again. I appreciate that it is free of additives and natural but I'm stuck with pounds of fatty bland sausage

I'm giving it four stars only because there is a dominant spice that I do not like, but my husband found them delicious! There are a lot of sausages in the package and these are already cooked making a faster preparation, just heat them up and dinner is ready! Each sausage is a pretty good size and has a good texture.

I have been searching a long time for a good tasting sausage and now i have finally found it! This is a must in my grocery list. My family enjoys this anytime of the day. Whether it is breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Friends and family always ask where can they get this great tasting sausage, only at sams club.

Well, the flavor is excellent. Cost, about $1.5 per sausage. BUT, the casing is a bit thick. And there is so much excess gristle, that you're spitting it out with each mouthful. That part was awful! But as I said, good flavor. A bit greasy, too.

baked them on 375° for 20mins on parchment paper. i pulled them out of the oven. the baking sheet was covered in grease and the kielbasa was horrible looking. not buying these again. i don't think grilling these would help. too much fat fillers and not enough meat in them. I'll buy from a polish deli from now on.

This beef sausage is very high-quality. There isn?t anything on the market in stores that I?ve experienced that is this good. Even just cooking them on the grill at home the smokiness in the flavor just comes pouring out. I?m going to try them in chili, with sauerkraut and of course on the grill. I have a package of the jalape�o in the freezer that I haven?t tried yet. I hope those are hot like hot links. The natural casing pops when you?re cooking it and has a awesome crunch as you eat it.

So disappointed in the last 2 packages we’ve purchased. We’ve loved these sausages as a family for the last year. But the last two packages have been mostly discarded after cooking (we break them into batches), because the cartilage pieces have been so big and hard. It almost feels like bone fragments. Very upset with the decline in quality.

We had tried this smoked sausage before and were thrilled to find it at Sam's club in a family size package. This sausage has just the right spices - not to hot like some smoked sausage. It cooks up with a crispy skin and works well cut up on pizza's or other dishes or for a hearty meal in a sourdough bun. The only problem is Sam's is frequently out of this sausage so I have to purchase it at a local grocery store instead. This company makes several types of sausages, it would be great if Sam's would stock this brand ALL the time.

First time trying these. The sausage itself is pretty good, the problem is the leathery casing they use on the outside of the sausage. I'm a carnivore but have never encountered such a tough inedible casing before. It balls up into a mass in your mouth that have to remove. The second time I cooked them, I removed the casing with my fingers before eating the sausage. That was a greasy mess to do.... I checked if there was special cooking instructions to deal with this. Nothing, just to warm up slowly. Will never buy these again.

I was hooked and made the decision to purchase the sausage. This sausage is good to put into several different dishes or even eat by itself. It’s packed with so much flavor!
