My family really love these beef links

Being from south Louisiana, I'm very excited to finally have found a sausage that meets my requirements. Truly, truly delicious. Definitely complimented my chicken and sausage gumbo and also my pork and sausage jambalaya.

Sam's Kiolbassa brand smoked beef sausage from TX with no sugar and only seven ingredients is a Carnivore dieter's Dream! It's as clean as sausage gets.

I love cooking (and eating) brats and sausages, especially when I can put them on the grill. When Kiolbassa Beef Sausages are available, it's a TREAT! The people I serve them to always ask about where I found them. That's a compliment to Kiolbassa.

The label says "kielbasa" but the product doesn't taste like the kielbasa I know! The sausage texture is also gritty. Maybe acceptable in beans but I won't be buying again!

Sausages are good!

extremely greasy. over 1 cup of fat from the package. bland too salty tastes more like a hotdog than it should. smells like garlic but tastes like salt. it would be helpful if this was divided into smaller packs. cooking 3 lbs of sausage when it ia this fatty is gross. I'll never buy this again. I appreciate that it is free of additives and natural but I'm stuck with pounds of fatty bland sausage

This beef sausage is very high-quality. There isn?t anything on the market in stores that I?ve experienced that is this good. Even just cooking them on the grill at home the smokiness in the flavor just comes pouring out. I?m going to try them in chili, with sauerkraut and of course on the grill. I have a package of the jalape�o in the freezer that I haven?t tried yet. I hope those are hot like hot links. The natural casing pops when you?re cooking it and has a awesome crunch as you eat it.

So disappointed in the last 2 packages we’ve purchased. We’ve loved these sausages as a family for the last year. But the last two packages have been mostly discarded after cooking (we break them into batches), because the cartilage pieces have been so big and hard. It almost feels like bone fragments. Very upset with the decline in quality.
