Kiolbassa has been using their family's recipe to make their Beef Sausage using a pork casing since 1949, when all sausages were made with a natural casing. We understand that not everyone eats pork and that is why we have recently formulated a Hatch Chile & Cheddar Chicken Breakfast Link which is 100% pork-free! Sam’s Club currently sells them in over 400 clubs.

Thanks for the feedback, J Miller. The skin is a natural pork casing and sometimes we can get a tougher batch than usual. Because they are fully cooked and just need to be warmed through, they can also become tough if they are cooked too long. We want you to be happy with your experience though.
