Awful. Threw them out.

These tamales remind me of the ones my mom made.  A perfect go to quick dinner, just add a salad.

Bland, add a little hot sauce, they are ok. I've had better.

Corn was mushy.   Not rolled in corn husk just paper taste was ok. Stuck to paper

My 1 year old is a big fan. Perfect easy meal to heat and chop up into little pieces for him.

Better than baby food

The quality of these tamales has really slid this year.  We have purchased them for years, at the "other" warehouse, as well as at Sam's.  The ones we got were beat up (probably the curbside person, so we won't hold that against Del Real); but they were also dry, and had next to NO FILLING.  In past years these have always had very generous portions of meat in them; no longer.

I would rather the price increase a dollar or two than to sacrifice the quality of what used to be a fantastic product.

Catch ya tamale

I bought these for my lunch for the week. I usually eat one, maybe 2 if I'm really hungry. These are good, slightly spicy and filling. I gave a 4 because they don't taste as good as I had hoped and they have a lot of masa that I'm used to. These have a lot of meat.
