Almost as good as home made.

I bought these for my lunch for the week. I usually eat one, maybe 2 if I'm really hungry. These are good, slightly spicy and filling. I gave a 4 because they don't taste as good as I had hoped and they have a lot of masa that I'm used to. These have a lot of meat.

These are tasty, but not the best I’ve ever had. Adding enchilada sauce to them made a world of difference.

First time I have bought tamales since 1975 from an authentic Mexican place for $3 a dozen. Not as good as the real ones but not bad.

It is dry so make sure you have a beer and you better like white cornbread. I won't buy again

The quality of these tamales has really slid this year. We have purchased them for years, at the "other" warehouse, as well as at Sam's. The ones we got were beat up (probably the curbside person, so we won't hold that against Del Real); but they were also dry, and had next to NO FILLING. In past years these have always had very generous portions of meat in them; no longer. I would rather the price increase a dollar or two than to sacrifice the quality of what used to be a fantastic product.

These tamales are big, but not worth it. They are pretty flavorless. Go to a Mexican grocery store instead.
