I bought these for my lunch for the week. I usually eat one, maybe 2 if I'm really hungry. These are good, slightly spicy and filling. I gave a 4 because they don't taste as good as I had hoped and they have a lot of masa that I'm used to. These have a lot of meat.

These aren't exactly the same as homemade, but they are good enough for my family to enjoy. We all thought they were pretty delicious.

First time I have bought tamales since 1975 from an authentic Mexican place for $3 a dozen. Not as good as the real ones but not bad.

These don't have the same taste and texture or normal tamales. The filling they use is not that good. I was surprised because their other products are pretty good. I would not buy them again.

The quality of these tamales has really slid this year. We have purchased them for years, at the "other" warehouse, as well as at Sam's. The ones we got were beat up (probably the curbside person, so we won't hold that against Del Real); but they were also dry, and had next to NO FILLING. In past years these have always had very generous portions of meat in them; no longer. I would rather the price increase a dollar or two than to sacrifice the quality of what used to be a fantastic product.

I returned the tamales to the store. They were 90% dry masa, filled with a tasteless red gravy pork.
