This kind of garlic is especially good for laba garlic. Find a container, add garlic, add sugar and vinegar, wait a week to eat, with pasta or steak, very delicious！

After receiving the product it was opened the same day and stored in the refrigerator. A few days later it was all rotted. This has never happened before. I will say Sam’s was prompt in refunding me for my inconvenience.

Fantastically fresh and kept in a resealable bag that prolongs life. This is the easiest way to prepare dishes requiring fresh garlic as well as roasting garlic for barbecue recipes. The price is low and helps the budget. I will always buy this garlic.

This is bag of garlic is a great value, but you have got to find a better container for it will saturate your fridge with a garlic smell. We have it double zip locked bagged, and the smell still seeps out. I suppose if you buy this much garlic your house may already smell like it, so maybe not an issue for some.

I have twice purchased this big bag of peeled garlic thinking it would save me time and effort. The first time I purchased it, a third of the garlic was thrown out due to mold. I thought it was a one-off and maybe an old batch. So I decided to give this bag of peeled garlic another try. Well, turns out it wasn’t a one-off and this bag had even more moldy garlic. I was only able to pick out and salvage a single handful of garlic cloves out of this entire bag. I will not be purchasing this again due to the moldy garlic. Based on other reviews, it seems this is a common problem with the manufacturer.

Love the idea but the bag I purchased was 4 days from the use by date and well over half the garlic was growing mold. Sam's was great about the refund, and I will buy it again but only in person not via pick up shopping. I was able to sort through it and save about 1 pound and froze it in a few baggies to extend the life. I use it to toss in soups and roasts. Overall great idea will buy again but only in person!

I used to buy fresh garlic and would often have to peel them by hand which was very time consuming. Being that my family consumes a lot of garlic, even the fresh garlic would go bad sitting in the plastic bag it came in. But this Pre-Peeled garlic is a game changer. So easy to prep and cook meals in no time and feed a family of 5.

For some time now I have noticed that the garlic I buy at Sam's Club is old and sticky before i get it. It no longer has any shelf life. It also7 now contains mostly smaller cloves. It used to be much better. Disappointing. It used to be first class. I guess everything has suffered in this inflationary economy.

I love buying this garlic. It’s so much easier than pealing garlic. The only problem I run into is that it starts to get slimy or brown spots before I can use it all in my family of 8. I have found that if I throw it in the food processor to mince it up and then freeze it flat in 3 large gallon size baggies, I can freeze it and break pieces off to use later when I cook. This garlic makes me never want to peel garlic again.

This peeled garlic is good, crisp, and very convenient to use. If you have left over pickle juice, through the whole bag in it. Let them sit for at least 2 months and They come out so good. Light garlic pickled taste. Good as a snack with pickled veggies.
