We buy this garlic about twice a year. The best secret is to divide it up into individual packets and vacuum seal and refrigerate them until ready to use.

I've been purchasing this for years but recently the quality went downhill. Mostly tiny cloves, slimy, smells weird, goes bad in days after opening and has lots of moldy cloves.

We use a lot of garlic and not having to peel them is great. I pour them in a jar and fill with olive oil.
