I do not and will not ever buy garlic pre-minced in a jar. But this pre-peeled is wonderful. Taste exactly like garlic should but I don’t have to sit there and fiddle with peeling all the bulbs. As soon as I get the giant bag I fill up a couple of jars and place them in the freezer so I always have peeled garlic ready to use for cooking.

Tremendous value and time-saver - especially during the season for garden harvesting, canning, and fermenting. As much as I like to grow garlic, this bulk quantity makes me re-evaluate the time, water, and cost involved. So here I am, admitting to using this garlic instead.

Only a family of 3 but I use a lot of garlic. Love fresh garlic but peeling the cloves...what a mess sticky and peels everywhere. this product is awesome. Let me tell you what I do. Pull out the food processor, fill it about a third of the way with garlic and pulse it until you get the coarseness you want. I then add enough olive oil to coat the garlic and pulse once or twice and then empty into a glass jar date it (no need to label it you know what it is) and in the fridge it goes. about a tsp. for a clove

I love the already peeled garlic. I put in the food processor with olive oil, after it is minced, I put in ice cube trays and freeze. Great to have on hand. Price is also great!

This is so convenient. It’s a lot of garlic, so I started putting it in my chopper with a little olive oil and freeze in ice cube trays. It doesn’t lose its flavor.

I use my Pampered Chef garlic chopper on the entire bag, then freeze in Ziploc snack bags and then use throughout the entire year. I use a lot of garlic so it’s nice prepping it and freezing it all at once, and then you just pull out of the freezer and break off what you need from the little snack bags. Saves so much time and I don’t have to mess with fresh garlic unless I want to use some in a roast. I do preserve several pods and put those in snack bags and freeze it, then insert the whole pieces in roasts

I have purchased these before and they lasted months in my fridge . After ONLY 3 DAYS of purchased they begin to get mushy I had to rinse off slim and freeze them VERY DISATIFIED WITH RECENT PURCHASE AT FULL PRICE NOT ON SALE!!

Much of the garlic was spoiled and the portion that wasnt spoiled quickly.

More than half the bag was rotten. The flavor is not as good as the fresh garlic.

The garlic smelled sour and some of the peeled garlic cloves were translucent in color. I thought this was just a variation in the garlic, but indeed when I brought it home and opened up the bag, I knew that this was just old garlic bags that Sam’s put out to sell. Such a waste of money as I couldn’t even get a few uses out of it and had to discard the majority.
