Only a family of 3 but I use a lot of garlic. Love fresh garlic but peeling the cloves...what a mess sticky and peels everywhere. this product is awesome. Let me tell you what I do. Pull out the food processor, fill it about a third of the way with garlic and pulse it until you get the coarseness you want. I then add enough olive oil to coat the garlic and pulse once or twice and then empty into a glass jar date it (no need to label it you know what it is) and in the fridge it goes. about a tsp. for a clove

Tremendous value and time-saver - especially during the season for garden harvesting, canning, and fermenting. As much as I like to grow garlic, this bulk quantity makes me re-evaluate the time, water, and cost involved. So here I am, admitting to using this garlic instead.

Really fresh a good quality. End up with 9 pints with a 2 bag purchase.

I chop the garlic in a food processor, mix with a little evoo, put in a freezer bag, flatten, make little squares on the outside of the bag using the flat side of a long knife and put flat in the freezer. When I need garlic, I just pinch off the number of squares I need. It keeps a loooooooong time.

Since I discovered this , I never bought garlic any where else, so helpful.

I do not and will not ever buy garlic pre-minced in a jar. But this pre-peeled is wonderful. Taste exactly like garlic should but I don’t have to sit there and fiddle with peeling all the bulbs. As soon as I get the giant bag I fill up a couple of jars and place them in the freezer so I always have peeled garlic ready to use for cooking.

The garlic was nice and delicious the first week, but even in a resealed bag, kept in the fridge, 30% of it was moldy the second week.

Big bag started to mold very early. Kept it airtight and in refrigerator but still started exhibiting a strange mold. Will return fo another bag.

These expired the day I bought them and i didn’t realize it until I got home, so watch out!

They molded within a week. The bags said good until October 8
