The cloves were fresh, firm and cleanly peeled, which saved me a lot of prep time. To make it even more convenient, I crushed the garlic, portioned it into small cubes in a ziplock bag, and stored it in the freezer for long-term use. It freezes very well and keeps its strong, fresh flavor. Now I can easily grab a cube whenever I'm cooking. I will definitely buy this again.

These last forever and I use garlic a lot!! They freeze well and I just grab them from the freezer as I need them. In fact, I think they’re better than fresh garlic because those tend to go bad faster and the convenience of not having to peel them is a huge plus.

The garlic smelled sour and some of the peeled garlic cloves were translucent in color. I thought this was just a variation in the garlic, but indeed when I brought it home and opened up the bag, I knew that this was just old garlic bags that Sam’s put out to sell. Such a waste of money as I couldn’t even get a few uses out of it and had to discard the majority.

I chop the garlic in a food processor, mix with a little evoo, put in a freezer bag, flatten, make little squares on the outside of the bag using the flat side of a long knife and put flat in the freezer. When I need garlic, I just pinch off the number of squares I need. It keeps a loooooooong time.

I have twice purchased this big bag of peeled garlic thinking it would save me time and effort. The first time I purchased it, a third of the garlic was thrown out due to mold. I thought it was a one-off and maybe an old batch. So I decided to give this bag of peeled garlic another try. Well, turns out it wasn’t a one-off and this bag had even more moldy garlic. I was only able to pick out and salvage a single handful of garlic cloves out of this entire bag. I will not be purchasing this again due to the moldy garlic. Based on other reviews, it seems this is a common problem with the manufacturer.

I have purchased these before and they lasted months in my fridge . After ONLY 3 DAYS of purchased they begin to get mushy I had to rinse off slim and freeze them VERY DISATIFIED WITH RECENT PURCHASE AT FULL PRICE NOT ON SALE!!

Great price for a lot of garlic. I process it in a food processor with a little olive oil and place scoops on a tray to freeze for cooking. Works great and less expensive than buying a head of garlic weekly and easy to use.

For the price of this garlic gets a no-brainer. It's already peeled but you have to be careful, it will get moldy after about a week. I oven bake for 3 pounds and a quart of extra-virgin Ottawa and then freeze the garlic. Very delicious.

I had it in the back of the fridge to keep it cold all the time. I love garlic i had it only 1 week and half a bag left to use. When i went to use it , NOPE ALL MOLD. YUCK !! Had to throw it out.

I buy this garlic often, when I'm cooking a large quantity of middle eastern foods for my family. I store the leftover garlic by vacuum sealing whats keft. Thats lets you keeps it ifresh n the frif for several weeks.
