Excellent product full of flavor and being peeled makes it so easy to work with

The garlic was nice and delicious the first week, but even in a resealed bag, kept in the fridge, 30% of it was moldy the second week.

Too many watery (already rotting) tiny cloves. TOO many tiny cloves overall. Not the best tasting garlic either, sadly.

Big bag started to mold very early. Kept it airtight and in refrigerator but still started exhibiting a strange mold. Will return fo another bag.

This is my third purchase. So many garlic cloves are moldy and cannot be used. Smaller bag could be better.

I love this. I love I don't have to peel a bunch of garlic for soup, casseroles, or whatever dish needs garlic. Plus, if I decide to mince a bunch, I can freeze it in ice trays for later use

@ $4.00/lb this is a no brainer. At ALDI, it's $2.99 for 6 ounces. That's $8/lb. Think about how long it takes to peel 3lbs of garlic.. Repackage into smaller zip bags and throw it in the freezer. Lasts at least a year. Use straight from the freezer. Crush and chop frozen.

I just put the bag in the freezer. It did permeate the freezer, so that I smelled garlic everytime I opened the door, but I didn't notice it leeching into anything. None of the cloves stuck together. I just poured a bunch into a zip lock back for later %26 let it thaw in the fridge. It did turn translucent after thawing but I didn't notice any difference in taste. I use it often so it never stays in the refrigerator for too long. I think the longest it sat in the fridge was a week %26 it was still fresh. I often course will be buying often.

Gets the job done, consistent size and flavor.
