Freeze it and use it as needed. Much easier than pealing from a head of garlic. Freezing does effect texture but it does not effect flavor in cooking.

I’m sure this has nothing to do with the product but I ordered this product to be delivered and when I received it more then half of the bag was molded and bad. I’m sure the person that picked this item saw that. Next time I will go into the store for perishable items if I’m able.

Great fresh garlic. I like putting it in baking dish with a bottle of olive oil and roasting at 350 until slightly browned and tender. Drain the oil and you have delicious roasted garlic infused olive oil. Mash up the cooked garlic and mix it with some softened butter. Delicious.
