I've purchased this garlic 6 or 7 times over several years and have no plans to stop. I keep the bag in my freezer and pull out what I need for each recipe. They seem to last forever in the freezer.

Freeze it and use it as needed. Much easier than pealing from a head of garlic. Freezing does effect texture but it does not effect flavor in cooking.

Great fresh garlic. I like putting it in baking dish with a bottle of olive oil and roasting at 350 until slightly browned and tender. Drain the oil and you have delicious roasted garlic infused olive oil. Mash up the cooked garlic and mix it with some softened butter. Delicious.

We have used this product for the last several years for pickling garlic and haven't had issues until this year. One of the bags was almost completely moldy (dated 3 days from now) and the other 3 bags we bought had a few bad pieces in it. We ended up having to QC 12 lbs of garlic piece by piece. Not at all happy with the quality (or lack of).

Just received this in a grocery delivery literally an hour ago; the package has a "best by" date over a month from now and the small portion visible through the package was okay, but all the cloves in the interior had so many instances of mold, damage, and soft spots that after I picked through every single clove I had to throw most of it away. Absolutely not worth it.

I bought this to save time but I am very disappointed. The garlic has an off taste and is much hotter than fresh garlic. I love the smell of garlic but... I used it two days after buying it so it was very fresh. I used it to flavor my Easter leg of lamb and I am very worried that it will impart an off flavor. I also cooked some with some diced onions and it never gave off that lovely garlic smell. I hate to waste food but I may toss the rest.

Hardley any smell or taste, I have no idea how long it has been in the bag. I use a bunch of garlic, but I would have to use triple in the bag to get a good taste. When you open up garlic you expect to smell it. I was going to make a batch of sauce and some pesto and could not get enough in to even taste. I seared some in a pan with my Salman and no taste. It went into the trash.

We purchased this thinking it was an amazing buy. Turned out to be an amazing waste of money. Garlic didn’t even last for 6 days after opening the bag before everything was covered in mold. I’m a incredibly disappointed in this product. I will never buy again and won’t recommend it to anyone else.
