I have purchased these before and they lasted months in my fridge . After ONLY 3 DAYS of purchased they begin to get mushy I had to rinse off slim and freeze them VERY DISATIFIED WITH RECENT PURCHASE AT FULL PRICE NOT ON SALE!!

Great product - I freeze the bag and then use it for my meat sauce and anything else where garlic is required. I just grate it in my pot as I am cooking. It keeps well int he freezer for a while!! Much easier than peeling whole garlic cloves

Tremendous value and time-saver - especially during the season for garden harvesting, canning, and fermenting. As much as I like to grow garlic, this bulk quantity makes me re-evaluate the time, water, and cost involved. So here I am, admitting to using this garlic instead.

I’m sure this has nothing to do with the product but I ordered this product to be delivered and when I received it more then half of the bag was molded and bad. I’m sure the person that picked this item saw that. Next time I will go into the store for perishable items if I’m able.

This is such a delicious, aromatic garlic product. I enjoy cooking with it and I also took most of the bag, put it in my food processor, and scooped out with a 1 T. cookie scoop and placed on a cookie sheet, put into the freezer until frozen then transferred the garlic balls into freezer bags for later use. Just drop one ball into whatever you're cooking. 'Works great!

They arrived bad they smelled sour and had to throw them away, very disappointed wasting $10 on something that was stale , I know I could of went in store to get a refund but last time I ordered a sushi platter and called store to let them know it was old had a bad taste, rice was hard they basically ignored me put me on hold and hung up on me. Will avoid purchasing.

The garlic lasted a long time. We frozen most of it and it was like fresh garlic when we used it.
