This is a kitchen staple for me. It is obviously excellent product, the flavor is great and it lasts forever. Blend with little olive oil and freeze. Fav! Stay fresh. Use with everything.

I had it in the back of the fridge to keep it cold all the time. I love garlic i had it only 1 week and half a bag left to use. When i went to use it , NOPE ALL MOLD. YUCK !! Had to throw it out.

Hardley any smell or taste, I have no idea how long it has been in the bag. I use a bunch of garlic, but I would have to use triple in the bag to get a good taste. When you open up garlic you expect to smell it. I was going to make a batch of sauce and some pesto and could not get enough in to even taste. I seared some in a pan with my Salman and no taste. It went into the trash.

Love the convenience of having fresh peeled garlic at my fingertips! Only downside is that they start to go bad within a couple weeks, so i end up having to cut off or toss pieces because of the white mold that starts to grow. But still the value for the price and the co venience is worth it.

This is a huge amount of peeled garlic. It’s sooooo much cheaper than buying cloves of garlic at ANY grocery store… even Aldi’s cheap cheap prices. I generally confit (low temp long time bake the cloves while submerged in olive oil) half of the garlic and then use that for sauces, dressings, and marinades… then, the other half of the bag I puree and put into small sized glass jars with lids and freeze until I need them. That way I have fresh raw garlic for cooking for a good long while. I only get garlic from Sam’s Club

Really fresh a good quality. End up with 9 pints with a 2 bag purchase.

Much of the garlic was spoiled and the portion that wasnt spoiled quickly.

This is such a delicious, aromatic garlic product. I enjoy cooking with it and I also took most of the bag, put it in my food processor, and scooped out with a 1 T. cookie scoop and placed on a cookie sheet, put into the freezer until frozen then transferred the garlic balls into freezer bags for later use. Just drop one ball into whatever you're cooking. 'Works great!

Great quality garlic from Spain (a bit spicier) with unbeatable price. Tips: Do not trust expiration date on these. They will go bad a lot sooner than its expiration date. Also watch for scarred garlic as it tends to mold easily. We ended up throwing away half of the bag 2 weeks before its expiration date due to mold.

Doesn't taste like fresh garlic.
