Really disappointed in this purchase. We have been buying these for years. Depending on suppliers, the quality has varied greatly. This batch was not good. The size of the cloves range from nearly the size of a quarter to the size of a pencil eraser. The bag stunk up our refrigerator; had to transfer them to zip lock bags. The garlic cloves were slimy even though fresh.

I used to buy fresh garlic and would often have to peel them by hand which was very time consuming. Being that my family consumes a lot of garlic, even the fresh garlic would go bad sitting in the plastic bag it came in. But this Pre-Peeled garlic is a game changer. So easy to prep and cook meals in no time and feed a family of 5.

This is a staple in our home.
