I use a lot of garlic and this was definitely good value for the price. However, the nearly entire bag molded within a couple weeks. I was only able to salvage maybe a quarter of them. I will repurchase but will store them differently next time by grinding the entire bag and place in the freezer bags until I'm ready to use them.

Most of this bag was moldy and it got worst by the day. Wouldn’t recommend.

Just lovely! I buy and put the whole bag in the freezer and just take out what i need 10 minutes before cooking. It last for months and keeps fresh!

At least 40 cloves were moldy, some completely covered in green mold. I love too far from my Sam’s to return it. But gross.

Great value, but I agree with other reviewers. If you don't use this bag up within a week it easily molds. I try to grind and freeze the day I buy it to prevent waste.

Grind it and put in freezer Ziplocs in thin layer. make cut lines with a ruler so you can break a piece when ever you need. This is easy to use and stays fresh for long time. Does not alter the flavour.

Purchased 2/2/2023 with a use by date of 2/14/2023 and I find 1/3 of the bag is moldly cloves. This happens way too often. I'm tired of getting bags of this garlic, opening them up, and seeing a lot of moldy cloves inside.

Great product. As with any fresh produce item it must be used in a timely manner. I roast mine in olive oil on the day they arrive and store them in the oil until I have used them all.

Read the fine print. This is from china. They are having massive produce issues in china/plenty of stories on Facebook. And with shipping delays, that stuff was old before it got here. Not again for me.

I tried this garlic recently for the first time. As soon as I opened the bag I could got the scent of chlorine/bleach. I did use the garlic and it just didn't have much flavor. Shortly afterwards, abou a week after purchasing, the garlic became somewhat discolored with what can be described a warts growing on it.... just very unsightly and unappetizing. Not sure if that prevented use, but I tossed it... I do not recommend this product. Save your cash and buy whole garlic in bulb form.
