Great piece, great taste. I use when making my garlic and honey for the winter cold season and it works great.

I put these in a gallon ziplock and use as needed. I just defrost by putting them in warm water for a few minutes.

This bag was fresh and fragrant. I roast most of it to use in soups, stews and bread. The rest saves me time when i need fresh for a recipe.

As advertised. It's fresh, peeled garlic. It has a time limit, so be sure to use it all within the specified amount of time.

The particular bag I received, some of the garlic - 95% was molded. The expiration date was valid however....so the print says.
