Very good, ground up and put in jars added some olive oil and distributed with the family. Made 10 small Jelly jars.

I put these in a gallon ziplock and use as needed. I just defrost by putting them in warm water for a few minutes.

Great piece, great taste. I use when making my garlic and honey for the winter cold season and it works great.

So nice to be able to but nice whole peeled garlic. I make garlic confit and it stores for a year in the fridge.

I make pickled garlic and this is perfect! I haven't had a problem with quality and I have been doing this for years.

The particular bag I received, some of the garlic - 95% was molded. The expiration date was valid however....so the print says.

Fresh and clean, the garlic that I purchased was av really good deal in term of the quality and the price.

There were horrible so strong not sure if they had gone bad or what the issue was but I could not use them
