The packaging isn’t great. The odor is extremely strong and pungent. No amount of baking soda was able to neutralize the odor in my refrigerator.

When you buy 3 LB for garlic confit and clean it, you have to throw away 1.7 OZ. It's not a problem to clean it one by one because the stem is still there. I'll look for another company. (RLP)

Large cloves, nice and firm, easy to chop. Very flavorful. Nice resealable bag. I use this size when I infuse Olive oil or Butter to make my own Garlic Olive Oil and Garlic Butter in my Magic Infuser machine.

I bought this yesterday and opened it on first day of purchase. Inside Rotten pieces, mold white, blue, black stages on multiple pieces. Soft brown spots on other pieces. I didn't want to put my hand in bag or add to my food. RUINED MY EASTER MEAL!!

First off, China product. Secondly, the cloves decompose quickly, I have used about a third of the bag in a week and had to sort out molding cloves. I would not buy this product again.

I bought it and with in a week it was moldy. The package said it was still good for a week. Very disappointed becareful buying unless you plan to use it all in a day.

Moldy sprouts from recent purchase of bag of garlic. Unable to use and we use a lot of garlic in this household. This is definitely not a value garlic purchase.

Well, this time around, the garlic was of poor quality and I don't know how to explain it, other than it was dry and lacking in the allicin kick, I usually get when I crush it and eat it with honey in the mornings, for the health benefit... I contacted "the garlic company" which is the name of the company and I was basically told, TOO BAD SO SAD, it's not our problem!!! I told them it has to be with the way it was stored or something because the garlic looked good on the outside but for some reason that was the only good part about it... I froze the garlic, so it will keep till I can return it, so I can get my TOO BAD SO SAD money back!!!

Buzz this up in a good processor, portion and freeze for garlic to throw into anything!

A staple in my household. I couldn't cook without it.
