There were horrible so strong not sure if they had gone bad or what the issue was but I could not use them

The particular bag I received, some of the garlic - 95% was molded. The expiration date was valid however....so the print says.

I grind this in the food processor with olive oil and freeze I then break off a piece as needed. Lasts longer this way.

I brought it and then I freeze almost all and I’ll unfreeze like a need it, I never have problem and my hands are free the smell garlic

Hey, I buy this peeled garlic because it’s so easy I take out however many I need and the rest stay in the freezer and they store very well

So convenient! I grind it and freeze in small bowls to use as needed. Also for my “sofrito”, to marinade meats.
