All garlic was rotten. I had to peel and cut every little piece to be able to get some, as by the time it was delivered, I was cooking and needed it. I used 5%, the 95% went to trash can.

They dont always store it properly at Sams Club and you occassionally have to dig for a fresh bag, but in the end it is so nice and easy to just grab a massive handfull to roast. It took my cooking up to the next level.

Peeled and ready to go. I usually roast half in oil and then strain and puree. Pulse brother half in food processor and add the garlic oil right on top. Great time saver and product

When I buy large garlic bulbs, there is a lot of waste, not to mention the mess when preparing them. So far, I have not found any small garlic cloves in the bag. The only downside is the size. 3lbs of peeled cloves is a lot of garlic.

3 zip loc bags could not contain the odor. I didn't mind, but family threatened to leave home. Wished they came in 1 pound packages. 3 pounds is a lot, lot, lot!!

This is a good product if you cook a lot and have a business or large family. If you love alone then rethink buying it. I wouldn’t freeze garlic myself.

Good when used quickly, but that large quantity is very hard to use quickly. I'm sharing with family, but probably won't put up with the hassle in the future

I have twice purchased this big bag of peeled garlic thinking it would save me time and effort. The first time I purchased it, a third of the garlic was thrown out due to mold. I thought it was a one-off and maybe an old batch. So I decided to give this bag of peeled garlic another try. Well, turns out it wasn’t a one-off and this bag had even more moldy garlic. I was only able to pick out and salvage a single handful of garlic cloves out of this entire bag. I will not be purchasing this again due to the moldy garlic. Based on other reviews, it seems this is a common problem with the manufacturer.
