Had to throw out about half of the bag, froze the rest. Pulled out by handfuls, found soft, brown & black cloves throughout the whole bag, froze what was left.

The garlic is just ok. It has a very strong smell, a little too strong. It can last in the refrigerator or up to 3 wk. The price under $10 is still good.

Surprisingly good. I do a confit and it is perfect every time. Good strong flavor. Whole garlic still has its place in my kitchen but this is so convenient. Stays fresh a long period of time.

Such a great deal for the amount and the fact it's already peeled! We use the food processor to mince it all up then freeze on a cookie sheet or ice cube trays. It makes the perfect amount for dinners.

I usually buy minced garlic because it’s quick and easy. But with all the preservatives and whatnot, I decided to buy this and mince it with some oil. Great buy for the price and volume. Freezes well also.

Can't say enough good things about this product. Love, love, love to roast these in olive oil. I use way more olive oil than is needed, then stain it off after roasting. It's a great way to bring that roasted garlic flavor to a dish.

The value of this product isn’t always the price. It’s time. This product saves you time and money by reducing your costs to labor. You can easily roast these for 30 minutes to add bonus flavors.

Chrushed fresh into sauces, fried in olive oil, or popped with fresh popcorn this is great. Need to use it faster than unpeeled garlic, but it makes cooking with it so much faster than having to peel all those bulbs of garlic.

Convenient and tasty. It keeps well, refrigerated and is so convenient to just reach in the refrigerator and get what I need instead of taking the time to clean the garlic cloves.
