Surprisingly good. I do a confit and it is perfect every time. Good strong flavor. Whole garlic still has its place in my kitchen but this is so convenient. Stays fresh a long period of time.

Chrushed fresh into sauces, fried in olive oil, or popped with fresh popcorn this is great. Need to use it faster than unpeeled garlic, but it makes cooking with it so much faster than having to peel all those bulbs of garlic.

I like garlic. I try to mix it with yoghurt, I try to pickle it, I try to use it anywhere I can. It is a healthy magic. This bag made it a lot easier to use. It smells original and it tastes like good.

I needed a bunch of garlic to make my Toum sauce and this was a life saver. I prefer to use my fresh home grown garlic but didn't have a lot to spare this year. Not ideal, but it worked for me.
