Size is great. Easy to add user codes. There is one issue to be aware of: you have to gently hold the handle UP while entering the access code to activate the lock. This is an issue for users who are not aware. Finally, the handle is plastic and I don't know how it will survive a fire.

Fire proof and water proof were a requirement as I keep titles, jewelry, passports, etc in it. It meets all the requirements for protecting these valuable. It is heavy enough that no one is going to tuck it under their arm and go out the door with it. It ios small enough to be able to put it in an out of the way place, too.

This is the second sentry safe of this type I’ve purchased. I love the simplicity and durability, and has a pretty good fire rating. The only thing(s) I don’t like, is there’s no secondary option to open the safe, so if the key pad goes out there’s no other options to open the safe. Most other safes I own have the secondary key option. The other issue is the lack of shelving. Other than that I’m pretty happy with the safe

Love the size, strength and the fact no key is required. The shelves and door compartments are very handy. Would definitely order this same safe again. Only complaint is the corner of the safe came dented, so not totally impact resistance. Something must have hit it really hard or was dropped in order to dent it.

This is my first and I believe the best safe I’ll ever need. Following the included instructions everything worked according to the design. The code on the back of the manual is hard coded in the digital lock in case you ever forget the customer entered code. I was very impressed and would recommend this unit. Registration allows you to log the hard code and customer code along with the serial number.

This is a replacement for the same model we purchased in 2014 that is rusting from the inside out. The rust was getting on clothing stored near the safe. We liked it enough to purchase again. Our new safe arrived with a dent on the back corner, customer service offered to replace it but, since the dent appeared to be cosmetic we were offered an additional disount to keep it. I was very pleased with the customer service representitave.

A safe like this is something I have wanted for a long time. Pretty happy with the quality. It did arrive with a dented corner I found after I removed the packaging. I didn't feel it was bad enough to warrant sending it back for a new one. Where we put the safe the dent is not noticeable and does not affect the function or usefulness of the safe. I bought a safe, not a show piece.

We currently have a Brinx Safe but were fast outgrowing it. We knew what we wanted in a new safe and the Sentry Safe model met all our needs, electronic lock, multiple pass codes, multiple locking bars as well as two adjustable shelves with options to purchase more.

Safe has multiple versions ... all the same size. The lock mechanisms and interior amenities seem to be the difference. Wish I would have know then... feel like they are all packaged the same and the difference are subtle. Look for secondary key lock, sliding drawers, interior light options, digital or combination locking mechanisms. They are all different prices and never seem to be sold by the same places. Overall, safe seems satisfactory. Just wish I had paid more attention to the other options.

I've only been using the safe for a month, but it opens easily and the size is perfect for what I need. I would have given 5 stars but it doesn't come with a key and the fire replacement guarantee is only good if you register your safe within 30 days of purchase. Due to online order and store pickup, I didn't even get my safe until after the 30 days expired.
