We're very happy so far with our XXL Sentry Safe! Our old Sentry Safe is 14 years old and still works great! 
Only suggestion I have is they need to work with their shipper, UPS, to stop damaging the safes while they're in transit. 1st one was damaged severely and had to be replaced. The replacement was also damaged but not as severely.

I was looking for something that would fit in a closet space that was not overwhelming in size yet large enough to store important documents and valuables. This just fit the bill. It was easy to set our own combination and looks and feels solid. The slide out trays are a nice touch as well as the hooks and pocket on the inside of the door. I liked the fire and waterproof rating as well.

Fits The Bill

This safe is a great size, necessitated somewhat by the internal file drawer.  That drawer is what makes this safe the most unique and is clearly it's best feature, making it super easy to organize things.  My only negative comments are that the safe was VERY hard to initially open and I really had to force the handle down to the point that I thought I broke it.   And the handle feels a tad looser than what I'd like, but otherwise the safe works very well.

This is my first and I believe the best safe I’ll ever need. Following the included instructions everything worked according to the design. The code on the back of the manual is hard coded in the digital lock in case you ever forget the customer entered code. I was very impressed and would recommend this unit. Registration allows you to log the hard code and customer code along with the serial number.

Best safe ever

I thought this one might be too big.  But it’s the perfect size.  I put a verticle file organizer inside and can place all my important papers with 8 1/2 x 11 file folders upright for efficient storage and retrieval.  And still have room for the 2 drawers above that for other things like precious metals, jewelry, etc.   Registration was easy as well as setting my personal combination.   My only complaint is the plastic handle.  Feels like it’s bending each time I open the safe door.   I feel it’ll break off eventually.  I hope not.  I wish they sprung for a metal handle.

Perfect size

Seems to be a high quality safe for storing my important documents. I only hope I don’t have problems with the keypad but am fairly certain it will last as I’m not one to open frequently. I do like the ability to add additional codes which should afford flexibility between family members if needed.

Happy so far

Size is great. Easy to add user codes. There is one issue to be aware of: you have to gently hold the handle UP while entering the access code to activate the lock. This is an issue for users who are not aware. Finally, the handle is plastic and I don't know how it will survive a fire.

Decent Safe

We were very disappointed when we got the safe home and one of the first things we read was, don't store CD/DVD video tapes in this safe and also found if it stayed closed for more than a week or two  at a time there is a possibility of moisture developing and paper documents could be damaged.

Big Disappointment

I have not been able to get the safe open. I put in brand new batteries. I called support and they told me use a rubber mallet and lightly tap. That did not work. They suggested putting it on its back, adding some weight and waiting several hours. That did not work either. Right now I have a brand new, locked safe.
