[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing upgrade from my previous Samsung tv. The picture quality really surprised me but what shocked me was the audio quality as well. The tv can go up in volume and still sounds great. Back to the picture quality. I'm a huge sports person so basketball and baseball look amazing! I'm having a small issue with the power button not working properly but it's probably I'm doing myself. 4.7/5 recommend this tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love the picture quality. The rendering is unmatched in my opinion. My only issue is with the smart functions. The smart features on the television are lacking in my respects. To overcome this shortfall we invested in a Roku ultra. This combined with the tv makes the watching experience memorable.

I expected way more from a trusted brand. The tv is a let down. The picture quality is no better than my 5 year old TLC. No matter how I change the settings there is a lot blur, pixelation, no matter if I am streaming or watching a Blu Ray. Unfortunately, there's a lot of lag, too. In the terms of pressing the remote buttons to make a selection. It will also randomly but frequently lose sync with sound. Meaning that the moving lips will not match the audio. I have to CONSTANTLY reset the tv. If I could return this I would.

Unfortunately Samsung forces thier Samsung Plus Channel to be selected as the default channel source. Meaning no matter what you watched before you turned the TV off, that app is automatically selected when you power the TV back. Other problem is no matter what you do to change it, the TV software is designed to auto default thier app back as the primary viewing source. Its a headache, I have 2 Samsung TV and the both do the samething. Why is an electronics company trying to force this on thier customers? Content on the Samsung PLus isnt even good. I WOULD NOT BUY ANOTHER SAMSUNG UNTIL THEY CORRECT THIS WITH A SOFTWARE UPDATE!

Color off the scale, vibrant and excellent for sports and movies. The audio is very good but when paired with a Samsung soundbar with Q-Symthony the sound is enveloping and shake the floor at the right volume. Integrates easily into the Samsung Smarth Things app which can help with setup. Overall, this television was an excellent purchanse.

The extra channels that Samsung provides really give you a lot more options, we highly recommend this TV

WE have had this T.V. for about 5 months now. The first movie that we watched on it was Top Gun: Maverick and it was amazing to watch the movie on this amazing Samsung Neo QLED 4K Smart T.V.! I would recommend this T.V. to anyone! Setup was easy peasy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great TV for 4K gaming. It works flawlessly on a Xbox Series X. Because of the fast processing speed, there's no real need to switch on Game Mode, which reduces graphic fidelity. Movies and shows look crisp with excellent color pigments. I use a sound bar so I cannot comment on the built in speakers. Although with a TV this size, a sound bar is a necessity if you're filling a large room with sound anyway. The black is about as dark as any non-OLED monitor will get, which is to say, never truly black. But that's a small price to pay to make burn-in isn't a thing, unlike OLED. The other features, like being able to mirror your phone work well, although I do wish the gallery function worked a little better. For example, if you have a party and are streaming pictures, the gallery will go through all the pictures but won't start over again, just hang on the last pic. But that is a nitpick for an excellent TV. Get one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the tv the color is beautiful. It is easy to navigate and figure out. The sound is great and is by far everyone's favorite tv in the house. My only problem is the remote is ultra sensitive. There is limited buttons on the remote, which is nice. However, if you accidently bump it, it will change the channel quickly on you. Often turning off the tv. The other issue is the tv does disconnect from the internet often. You have to restart the whole tv to get it back on. I wish when you close out a streaming app, it would close all the way instead of having to go through each app and finding the exit button. That is more of a software issue.
