Member's Mark Cream Cheese Brick, 48 oz.

Taste and texture not the same.  Another product I’ll buy elsewhere now.  Sam’s seems to be in a race to the bottom with their product replacement.

Not Philly

Not creamy enough for the basque cheesecake.  Will not use it for this recipe, otherwise tastes alright & good on bagels.

Doesn't bake well

Love the block of cream cheese. Per ounce it is way cheaper. I take it home, weigh them out to 8 oz servings (stored in packages with my sealer w/the date I divided them), & store them in the fridge. The only complaint I have is I have been short anywhere from half to a full ounce on my last 8 oz package from each block. I zero out my kitchen scale with the sheet of wax paper I lay the cream cheese on the scale with. It is zero, but just to make sure I do zero it out. And that is how I know I have been short that amount.

Where is "THE REST OF THE CREAM CHEESE"?
