Love the block of cream cheese. Per ounce it is way cheaper. I take it home, weigh them out to 8 oz servings (stored in packages with my sealer w/the date I divided them), & store them in the fridge. The only complaint I have is I have been short anywhere from half to a full ounce on my last 8 oz package from each block. I zero out my kitchen scale with the sheet of wax paper I lay the cream cheese on the scale with. It is zero, but just to make sure I do zero it out. And that is how I know I have been short that amount.

I wasn’t aware that cream cheese came in the large type of container I purchased from Sam’s. I was also skeptical of how it would taste. However, even though it is a large quantity to have, I find because it is so good that I’m using it, and inventing new ways to use it, all the time. It’s a good purchase.

I like the large single package to scoop out of every day rather than the inconvenience of smaller individual packages that are difficult to scoop out of. Plus there is no harmful additives like carrageenan and the mold inhibitor chemical that is in a lot of cheese products, it is pure and simple and most important healthier to eat and tastes great!

I bought it to test to see if my cheesecake would come out the same as with top brand name and it proved to be no different, plus you get more for your money.

I like the cream cheese fine but don't really care for the packaging in a big block. I think individual packages last longer because they are sealed but I realize it cost less this way

Not quite as tangy as the nat'l brand, but a great deal for the price. Works fine.

The flavor is okay, but the Member's Mark cream cheese texture is gummy compared to the "Philadelphia" brand cream cheese, so if you are using this for a cream cheese frosting be aware it does not mix into a nice consistency as a frosting.

Not creamy enough for the basque cheesecake. Will not use it for this recipe, otherwise tastes alright & good on bagels.

Texture is too soft not like Philadelphia

Poor quality for a cheesecake probably ok for dip
