I like the large single package to scoop out of every day rather than the inconvenience of smaller individual packages that are difficult to scoop out of. Plus there is no harmful additives like carrageenan and the mold inhibitor chemical that is in a lot of cheese products, it is pure and simple and most important healthier to eat and tastes great!

Works great making cheesecake! Tastes just like the significantly more expensive name brand. Also freezes well to prevent waste.

Love the block of cream cheese. Per ounce it is way cheaper. I take it home, weigh them out to 8 oz servings (stored in packages with my sealer w/the date I divided them), & store them in the fridge. The only complaint I have is I have been short anywhere from half to a full ounce on my last 8 oz package from each block. I zero out my kitchen scale with the sheet of wax paper I lay the cream cheese on the scale with. It is zero, but just to make sure I do zero it out. And that is how I know I have been short that amount.

Cream cheese is always just so yummy. You can mix it into Salsa, can of Chili, Ranch Dip packets. You can put them on hamburgers, bagels or toast even stuffed celery, stuffed salami.

Excellent, creamy and delicious

The flavor is okay, but the Member's Mark cream cheese texture is gummy compared to the "Philadelphia" brand cream cheese, so if you are using this for a cream cheese frosting be aware it does not mix into a nice consistency as a frosting.

Not creamy enough for the basque cheesecake. Will not use it for this recipe, otherwise tastes alright & good on bagels.

Texture is too soft not like Philadelphia

Poor quality for a cheesecake probably ok for dip

I normally buy the brand name cream cheese and I was very disappointed with the members mark quality.
