I thought this cream cheese was very good. It was creamy and not lumpy. It was also easier to measure. I made a cheese cake and a creamy chicken dish with it. The only thing I wish was different was if the plastic was a zip lock. I did have a zip lock bag that I was able to transfer it to.

If you use this cream cheese right away, it's just fine. The taste and texture are good. But, if you plan on freezing it, don't buy this brand. Upon defrosting, it separates into curds and whey. Not good for anything where a smooth texture is needed. I tried just whipping it back together. It does not work. So, just buy it if you plan to use most of it in a cheesecake or are prolific bagel eaters.

I use it when I have guests over and it's awesome. Qt, price, quality. 5 stars. I use it for sauces, creams and baking. Just a few things I use it for are: stuffed mushrooms, stuffed peppers for appetizers ( with green onion, dill, and goat chees), pasta sauce (Alfredo or Carbonara) and stuffed shells, Strudels (cherry and apples), cupcakes cream, cake cream. It's just perfect!

It’s a three pounds of smooth and creamy goodness. It has premeasured markings to cut it every so often. It spreads well without clumps and tastes good on bagels. But it is three pounds in a single package. There is absolutely no competition if you need this much cream cheese.

I make cheesecakes all the time with Philadelphia and my sams didn't have so I tried members mark. it threw my whole texture and taste off

This stuff is cheap!!!! Smells cheap! Taste cheap! Looks cheap! Bring back the good stuff. I will never ever buy this again!!!!

This is not a great choice for cream cheese, it doesn't ever all really melt and mix in like name brand. I have tried it several times, given it a good chance and it's just not good. The taste is not great and creamy either.

If you need to make a large cream cheese-based dessert like a 9 inch cheesecake this is the product to buy. Otherwise it is a little on the firm side to spread by itself; it needs to be whipped or mixed with other ingredients in a food processor.
