I saw the price point on this vs Philadelphia and made my choice based on prices. The difference in taste in a NY Style cheesecake made with this vs Philadelphia made 1 month was astounding. I will likely not be purchasing again. It might be fine in a dish where cream cheese isn't the main component and taste which is why I give it 2 stars vs 1.

Great taste and texture, it's just so hard to find, in all four locations in the RGV it's been low on stock or out of stock for several months now, might loose a member because it's just too hard to find, in the bakery you just can't run out of supplies, ingredients or change brands, customers notice every slight change you make

This cream cheese doesn't make for good cheesecake. There's too many stabilizers; my cheesecake batter was way too thick. I ended up adding cream to thin it out. Sam's needs to get the Philadelphia stuff back in stock supper STAT. On a side note, the cream cheese is fine on bagels. It gets one extra star for that.
