Delivery is under the competitor standard

The fridge is simple. No fancy features that I don't need. I have nothing against the fridge. It is the delivery that I am not satisfied. They promised to text 30 minutes earlier so you can hurry home. They actually showed up 6 minutes after the text. They bumped and broke my flower pot while hauled away my old fridge. They refuse to switch the door to the side I would like to be opened. Which Home Depot delivery team gladly installed for me when they deliver my other fridge. I checked the basic installation fine print on the Sam's Club website and "Switching door open side" is NOT EXCLUDED from the service. So according to the team, the basic installation is just "plug in" the refrigerator. What a joke! I love Sam's Club and had been always satified with their services. But this was a substandard service.
