NO BULKY SNAP ON VENT AT BOTTOM OF THE FRONT UNDER THE DOOR. STREAMLINED, YET VERY SPACIOUS TO ACCOMODATE LOTS OF STUFF. VERY HAPPY WITH THIS UNIT!

I found this out after it was delivered. I kept it because I really like the style and it blend in with my other appliances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far very happy with the LTCS20020S, but have not had any particularly good experience with it. It's easy to use, but we do miss the drawer that we used to have the mid-shelf part of our old fridge. To balance that, the door shelves are probably easier to use than our old one. The door swings very close to the floor. Once or twice my wife and I have both had the door catch on our bare big toe, which is painful. LG, if you're reading, might wanna look into that. Otherwise, thumbs up.

Had to call for a repair crew because left leveler would not move and product couldn't level. Repair person struggled to finally get leveler to move. Appeared to resolve problem initially, but now still having problem getting doors to close by themselves.

Highly recommend this product if you don't need a lot of fancy features !

I bought our refrigerator about 9 months ago and it started making funny noises I called repair service and was given instructions on what to do the operator was friendly and very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Within 25 hours a repairman called and confirmed when he would be coming. The repairman was friendly helpful fixed the problem. He was very clean with his work. I am very happy that I bought this fridge and would definitely recommend your product and service. Thank you for making this a great experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very quiet and works well. We are very pleased that we can put a gallon milk jug in the door! I tried to swap the door to open the other way, but one of the hinge pins was so tightly screwed in, I couldn't complete the swap, and I had to put it back the way it was. The only thing I miss from our old fridge is a "cheese drawer" for small flat items. Maybe I'll find some sort of plastic box to put somewhere inside.

This was an excellent choice, excellent features. For the price it was large had spacious drawers and lots of space on the door with lots of freezer space!!
