How do I feel now? Refrigerator installed mid-July. As of today, giving it a strong 4+ rating.So far all is good. Admittedly, I keep reminding myself I decided on a fridge smaller (from approx 22 cf to 20 cf) than I've had in past, so still adjusting to that. Pros: * Love the sleek look and "pocket" handle. Some mentioned door too close to floor, but no issue for me * Runs much quieter than previous fridge * Fruit/veggie bin performance best of any I've ever had * Sturdy glass shelves * Door bins - sturdy & will hold two gallon containers of milk * Freezer & fridge temps are holding my selected temps nicely. Cons: (again, acknowledging I downsized)... * Miss fridge meat keeper drawer a lot but such a drawer would eat up too much usable space * Doable but wish there was more fridge door storage - just enough room for my condiments and milk; bottled beverages now go on fridge shelves. In summary, pleased overall based on my downsizing decision and would recommend to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently moved into a new place and the fridge that was in the kitchen was somewhat busted on the door shelves and figured to get a new one instead of keeping the old one and this one is perfect because it fits in the space and is a little larger then the last one but without the door handles it fits perfectly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this in Aug, just before Hurricane Ida hit us. The fridge functioned as per our expectations. Only physical aspect that needs a little tweaking is that it seems smaller than the cubic feet mentioned in the specs.

It has more room than the side by side that we have had for the last 8 years. Bought it to put in the garage for extra storage and it has been perfect. This is the first lg refrigerator I have purchased, and I wish I would have done it sooner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator worked fine right out ot the box, but the ice maker (sold separately) required an LG technician to install it, even though the website, internet, and manual said it was easily installable; it was not. LG changed the design of the refrigerator, but did not update the install procedures

My primary refrigerator is a deluxe model LG that I have had for many years, and I have been extremely happy with its appearance and performance. We wanted a simple straightforward model without an ice maker, so we went with LG again. It meets our needs perfectly and performs very well. We are happy with our purchase.

So we went ahead and contacted the customer service and they got us a new shelf. Quick response. Easy delivery. Great communication. Love it. Definitely recommend. 10/10

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to buy a new refrigerator when I moved into my new house. I checked features and prices and decided to buy an LG refrigerator. I am so glad I did. I love all the wonderful features. The vegetable and fruit bins are great because they hold a lot and keep everything fresh. The freezer section also holds a lot which means I don't have to go out to the garage to get my frozen food. I tell everyone if they need a new refrigerator that they should look at an LG refrigerator.

I don't like that the door is so low to the floor (I keep crushing my foot upon opening it. Just not used to it yet.) Otherwise is a great product. Keeps everything cold and fresh.
