[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this refrigerator for a year. There have been no problems. It has a small footprint yet holds lots of cold and frozen foods. The temperatures (top & bottom) stay consistent. And, the refrigerator is quiet while running. I’m glad I bought it.

Mostly happy with the refrigerator, works well enough, but the freezer fan failed after 10 months of use and had to be replaced. It was under warranty, so no charge, but still a nuisance and it wasn't cooling into recommended ranges. We were disappointed that the standard replacement part (the panel to which the fan is mounted) was not available and no ETA on a backorder. Fortunately, the fan itself was available and it came in the day after ordering. However, replacing it involved a fair amount of disassembly by the tech, including removing some insolation that was glued in. It was clear to me, as an engineer, that design for repair was not well considered. Furthermore, the assembly that could easily be replaced was not kept in stock. That seems like a failure for customer service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No frills, basic unit that works great. Love the fruits/veggies drawers with settings to seal or let out moisture where appropriate. Space is very well utilized compared to old unit. Looks good in kitchen; very happy with it.

It is a very nice fridge, but I would have liked it if I could position the shelves to accomodate a 2 ltr soft drink bottle. It's just a bit too short and I have to lay the bottles down (a bit inconvenient). otherwise, it seems great and the freezer section (without the ice maker) seems to be a little be spacier than my last fridge.

I did some research online and decided to try LG for the first time in my 72 year old life. This frig is very, very quiet, is much more spacious inside than any other frig I've ever owned of that size, keeps everything at the right temp and humidity level thru out the entire frig and the freezer compartment, and it is so easy to keep clean (outside and inside). My wife loves it! I love my lower electric bills! Thanks LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I selected this LG model because it was highly rated (81) in Consumer Reports and has good customer reviews on multiple sites. It is very spacious for its size and functions well. I find it to be very quiet. I would have liked a deli drawer but the lack of one was easily remedied with a couple of storage bins. It replaced a side-by-side and as mentioned in some reviews, I learned quickly to stand back a bit when opening the fridge as it is low to the ground and will scrape the top of your foot if too close. I was fortunate to find it during a Memorial Day sales and saved some off of the already reasonable price. I have only had it in use for a couple of weeks, but so far I am very pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced an old side-by-side that I had and I wanted just a basic refrigerator with no frills. This fits the bill and has a classy look to it. The inside is well appointed and spacious with adjustable shelving. The only two downsides I've found would be that the freezer doesn't have a light and the front of the fridge isn't very fingerprint resistant.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am enjoying this refrigerator but I see there could be a a few tweeks. My last refrigerator had room for more butter, so I wish it was probably a little more deeper and I miss three shelves on the door.

We were in the market for a new refrigerator and had considered many brands and sizes. This fits perfect in our kitchen and has ample room for our garden produce. The crispers are fantastic! More than enough freezer space for ice and meat. The best purchase we have made in a long time!

My primary refrigerator is a deluxe model LG that I have had for many years, and I have been extremely happy with its appearance and performance. We wanted a simple straightforward model without an ice maker, so we went with LG again. It meets our needs perfectly and performs very well. We are happy with our purchase.
