[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator gives me plenty of room, wide door space for a gallon of milk, and lots of bottles and condiments! The LED light inside brightens up the unit immensely! The freezer gives me plenty of space, and I like the shelf for a second layer of items so it is not packed under everything and can't be found!

I really like the extra capacity in the freezer as that is one of the reasons I chose this one. Once I adjusted the shelves in the main area, I can actually have more spare food and drink. Overall, a great replacement for years to come.

I bought this because the dimensions would work in my kitchen. My previous refrigerator was the same size, but had more room inside. This LG's crisper drawers are small and tight! Celery does not fit if you have other vegetables in the drawer. It has a super large top freezer which takes away from the refrigerator space. I would prefer more refrigerator space than freezer. Very disappointed in my decision to buy this refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this installed at our vacation condo. Looks and performs worlds better than what we ;t had previously Much more inior room. However, when we returned to the condo, we noticed some frost in the freezer. Turned out that the bottom seal of the freezer compartment had a minor air gap. You couldn't see it unless you opened the frig compartment and looked at the freezer seal from below. I called LG customer service and they had a repairman out the next day even though this was a summer vacation location.

The surface of this item will not hold magnets, so it cannot be stainless steel. My family photos are still seeking a new display location. The surface will glisten quite well if you use a stainless steel polish. The item does work as advertised so far.

They stopped making phones, and that is good. but I have LG 4k dvd/bluRay player, and regular blu ray players all LG. The refrigerator cools rapidly and the freezer is just right.

I love my refrigerator. It is large and roomy. I am able to store many items and my refrigerator doesn't look crowded or junky. The freezer section holds days of meat and other items. I'm glad I made this selection, because it holds more than I thought. Great purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the ten months that I had my LG LTCS 20020S top loading freezer/ refrigerator, it worked fine. It kept the freezer freezing cold and the refrigerator below 40°. Then it didn’t. All the food in the refrigerator had to be tossed, but we did manage to salvage some freezer food. Thanks LG, we appreciate the refund. Now I just have to remove the refrigerator, shop for a new one, clip the label in half(?) and send in a picture along with providing all the other information for my refund. Gotta go, time to shop for a new refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Selection process was very easy. Needed to replace garage refrigerator after 20 years. I was able to upsize my existing unit by 3.5 cu ft for the same price. After receiving the unit it became apparent very quickly that this additional space would come in very useful. Haven’t touched any controls since the unit was initially powered. Both freezer and refrigerator space cooled to appropriate temps within hours. Had just a bit of an issue with the delivery process but that definitely was not a manufacturer’s issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a smaller size basic refrigerator. No freezer light. No meat/cheese deli drawer. It runs quietly and chills/freezes well. Perfect as a second refrigerator for beverages, special occasion foods and overflow from main fridge. The stainless finish on the doors is a fingerprint magnet. Keep a cloth handy for wiping. I wish the textured steel gray that is on the side and top was on the doors as well.
