[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about 2 years ago and it worked perfectly until a few weeks ago. Now it's not so good. Won't cool or freeze. Gonna need some help I've been using my 20 year old one. Really would like to have it working again. Help!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After waiting for 2 months for delivery, all went well for about 5 days. Then the fridge portion was not cooling and frost developed in the freezer. Fortunately we had an excellent repair man from LG who found a frozen clogged tube leading from freezer to fridge. He defrosted it and reset the balance so all is well now! We like the space in the freezer and fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just wanted a basic fridge didn't need a bunch of useless bells and whistles, we did add an ice maker though. Love how big the door shelves are. It's super quiet and plenty big for the two of us.

I've had this new refrigerator for about 3 weeks. My choices are limited because I live in an old house with ceiling cabinets that restrict height. So far I'm mostly happy with my choice. My old refrigerator/freezer had the air circulation vents in places that were easily blocked. The new one has them more strategically placed so we can maximize the space without restricting air flow. I like the design of the produce drawers too. In the old one they were angled in the back which limited what could go in them. There are a couple drawbacks that I've noticed in 3 weeks. While the freezer is within the temperature safe zone with the factory setting, the refrigerator is not. It only keeps it cold to about 45 degrees. I needed to move it colder a notch to get it to read in the safe zone. Also, the seal on the refrigerator door rubs on the lower corner of the hinge side and keeps the door from closing easily. I have to make sure to push it harder to get it to close. I'm expecting that may cause seal problems later on so I hope the Home Depot extended warranty will cover it if it fails. I've also read other reviews that mention the bottom of the door being low to the floor and catching their foot when closing. Yup, I get that too. And I have hit my head on the freezer when standing up after bending over to access something in the back of the refrigerator, but I had that problem in the old one as well. I do wish it had included the small drawer on the second shelf and some bin dividers for the door bins, but I do appreciate how quiet it is. I'd like to do a review in six months to a year to report back how it is holding up.

The ice maker is in the top freezer drawer and makes perfect ice with no clumping from thawing and refreshing. Everything in the refrigerator section is so easy to reach.

It maintains the temperature well, has a sleek outside look, lots of room in the frig area, and classy look inside. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because there is not a light in the freezer.

The LED light inside brightens up the unit immensely! The freezer gives me plenty of space, and I like the shelf for a second layer of items so it is not packed under everything and can't be found!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this refrigerator the end of January (1 1/2) months ago! It was the perfect size for a second refrigerator! It is running very quiet and has kept the food cold and frozen(freezer) as expected! I did not want a 2nd refrigerator with all the extra gadgets! I was very pleased to find that it held a sufficient amount of food for its size!

Delivered about a month ago. Intentionally purchased smaller fridge than what I've had in the past, so it's been a wee bit of an adjustment. Took me a while to check & recheck fridge + freezer temps since the way the air circulates differently compared to previous refrigerators but all is set as I want now. Door shelves are sturdy. LED lighting is great - easy on the eyes yet bright. Love the sleek styling w/o handle. Will admit I truly miss a meat keeper in the fridge section and wish door shelving allowed flexibility of placing butter keeper on other side. My other (larger) fridge had split glass shelving so I could "scatter" placement based on various content sizes, so I really miss that, too. I will add that when looking at any brand or model, at least in my price and style range, the split shelving simply isn't available. Still, I knew there would be a trade off when I purchased. The veggie bin temp settings seem to keep my veggies much better than previous refrigerators I've had. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase so far.
