[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago. It's working fine. Still have not got my ice maker going yet, I do wish it had a crisper drawer in it though. The people who came sat it up has not leveled it out right. Door to fridge doesn't shut all way and or closes too hard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about 2 years ago and it worked perfectly until a few weeks ago. Now it's not so good. Won't cool or freeze. Gonna need some help I've been using my 20 year old one. Really would like to have it working again. Help!

I've had this new refrigerator for about 3 weeks. My choices are limited because I live in an old house with ceiling cabinets that restrict height. So far I'm mostly happy with my choice. My old refrigerator/freezer had the air circulation vents in places that were easily blocked. The new one has them more strategically placed so we can maximize the space without restricting air flow. I like the design of the produce drawers too. In the old one they were angled in the back which limited what could go in them. There are a couple drawbacks that I've noticed in 3 weeks. While the freezer is within the temperature safe zone with the factory setting, the refrigerator is not. It only keeps it cold to about 45 degrees. I needed to move it colder a notch to get it to read in the safe zone. Also, the seal on the refrigerator door rubs on the lower corner of the hinge side and keeps the door from closing easily. I have to make sure to push it harder to get it to close. I'm expecting that may cause seal problems later on so I hope the Home Depot extended warranty will cover it if it fails. I've also read other reviews that mention the bottom of the door being low to the floor and catching their foot when closing. Yup, I get that too. And I have hit my head on the freezer when standing up after bending over to access something in the back of the refrigerator, but I had that problem in the old one as well. I do wish it had included the small drawer on the second shelf and some bin dividers for the door bins, but I do appreciate how quiet it is. I'd like to do a review in six months to a year to report back how it is holding up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s great to have a compact fridge for one but big enough for company. The freezer is big enough for bargain buys but not cavernous so you have old out of date packages. Just right. What more could I ask for?

I purchased the 20 cubic foot refrigerator for additional cold food storage and back up unit. The fridge is quiet. cant even tell that it is running. It has ample storage and bins for my use. It was delivered in a timely fashion, and was undamaged. I hope that this unit lasts as long as the one it replaced.

It maintains the temperature well, has a sleek outside look, lots of room in the frig area, and classy look inside. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because there is not a light in the freezer.

It is running very quiet and has kept the food cold and frozen(freezer) as expected! I did not want a 2nd refrigerator with all the extra gadgets! I was very pleased to find that it held a sufficient amount of food for its size!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very quiet and works well. We are very pleased that we can put a gallon milk jug in the door! I tried to swap the door to open the other way, but one of the hinge pins was so tightly screwed in, I couldn't complete the swap, and I had to put it back the way it was. The only thing I miss from our old fridge is a "cheese drawer" for small flat items. Maybe I'll find some sort of plastic box to put somewhere inside.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After waiting for 2 months for delivery, all went well for about 5 days. Then the fridge portion was not cooling and frost developed in the freezer. Fortunately we had an excellent repair man from LG who found a frozen clogged tube leading from freezer to fridge. He defrosted it and reset the balance so all is well now! We like the space in the freezer and fridge.
