I bought this refrigerator about a month ago and am very pleased with it everything works fine. It's a very basic model so any frills are not to be expected. And ice maker would have been a nice addition but will probably end up putting one in eventually. Hope it runs trouble-free for many years

For many years we have been a loyal LG product fan. It all started when the company’s name is still Goldstar and transitioned to LG. They have the best refrigerator ever and the most impressive is the incredible ice maker. They make ice so fast and always ice container are full and enough even when we have big parties. You will never go wrong on an LG. We have 2 LG refrigerators now and this is the 3rd one for 23 years span.

I wish the main compartment had a drawer for meat and the door had another shelf. Overall we are very happy with it. It’s very quiet compared to our previous refrigerator.

I purchased this refrigerator 2 weeks ago. The interior and exterior design is thoughtful and well executed. Interior LED lighting gives it an air of sophistication and adjustable shelving gives great flexibility. The unit so far is operating as advertised. Two features should be added to make it perfect, LED lighting for the freezer compartment and more clearance on the bottom of the door so it doesn't hit your foot.

Delivered about a month ago. Intentionally purchased smaller fridge than what I've had in the past, so it's been a wee bit of an adjustment. Took me a while to check & recheck fridge + freezer temps since the way the air circulates differently compared to previous refrigerators but all is set as I want now. Door shelves are sturdy. LED lighting is great - easy on the eyes yet bright. Love the sleek styling w/o handle. Will admit I truly miss a meat keeper in the fridge section and wish door shelving allowed flexibility of placing butter keeper on other side. My other (larger) fridge had split glass shelving so I could "scatter" placement based on various content sizes, so I really miss that, too. I will add that when looking at any brand or model, at least in my price and style range, the split shelving simply isn't available. Still, I knew there would be a trade off when I purchased. The veggie bin temp settings seem to keep my veggies much better than previous refrigerators I've had. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase so far.

This is our secondary one in the finished basement and it is perfect in size, quality, energy savings, appearance, etc. I have no complaints at all. We bought this brand because we have an LG refrigerator in our main kitchen that we LOVE as well and is working fine, and we bought that over 10 years ago!

This refrigerator model has had chronic intermitant electrical failures. Tripped my circuit breakers. Then we tried another outlet. Tripped that one. They had a tech out who did a software update. Still problems. It's intermittant. sometimes 3 days, a week, etc. Can't afford to keep loosing food due to spoilage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Buyer beware. My LG refrigerator has a rattle noise from behind the freezer that is very annoying. LG warranty guy checked it out and gave his blessing that my brand new LG refrigerator is ok, but it still has an annoying rattling noise.

We waited a few days to plug it in to make sure the refrigerant was settled from bringing it home from the store. I would say my only complaint would be that it took about 3 days for the fridge and freezer to get completely cooled while full. That seemed longer than normal. Otherwise, this serves as great extra cold food storage.

I bought the LG refrigerator about a month ago. Not enough time to really tell how it will do in the long run, but it cools really well. The freezer seems larger than my previous refrigerator which was about the same size. I am used to two things I wish this refrigerator had: a bottom shelf on the door and a meat drawer. I am satisfied with the purchase.
