Refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I couldn't be happier with my LG refrigerator, model LTCS20020W/01. It's the perfect combination of functionality, design, and reliability. The spacious interior is thoughtfully laid out, with plenty of room for all my groceries and a top freezer that's easy to access. The cooling performance is exceptional—everything stays fresh, and I’ve never had an issue with uneven temperatures. It's also impressively quiet, which is a huge plus. The clean, white finish fits beautifully in my kitchen, and it’s easy to keep spotless. It’s clear LG put a lot of thought into the design and durability of this model. If you're looking for an affordable, high-quality refrigerator with all the essentials and then some, I highly recommend the LTCS20020W/01. It’s an absolute win for any home!

Bad quality
Listen to other reviews and don't buy this. The shelves came cracked. They only replaced one within the first year for free. Now I have to pay to replace all the others, including the door shelves. I never put anything heavy on them either. The materials are just poor quality. Every once in a while the fridge gets warm for no reason. This fridge is only two years old and it has all these problems.

Great product with one exception
This is a really great product. When I plugged it in, it came up to temperature in only 2 1/2 hours. It was very nicely packed in the carton and looks really nice and clean. It runs super quiet, the 4 wheels roll it smoothly into position and I love the glass shelves instead of the metal ones. There is no egg holder, though. The only problem I had was that the 3 holes for the ice maker were drilled improperly. One was kind of OK, one was stripped out and the bottom one wasn't even close to where the ice maker hole was! This made the ice maker installation very difficult. I had to drill a new hole and use a larger screw for one of the mounting bushings. Other than that, this is a great product.
No Compatible Icemaker?
My refrigerator was delivered yesterday and the LG LK65C icemaker was delivered today. Neither the water valve bracket nor the water flow tube on the ice maker were compatible with this refrigerator. After reviewing a few of these posts, I see that LG should have known about this and made a change to the literature that states the LG LK65C icemaker is compatible with the LTCS 20020 refrigerator. I spent an hour and a half on the phone this afternoon, and got nowhere with LG. I was asked to call back tomorrow (02/09/2024) to get in touch with parts. When I tried to get in touch with them today (several times), I got into an endless loop.
Hey there! We definitely strive for a better experience than this and would like to look into this further with you. Let's get a more direct line of communication going to find a solution together. New Fridge good for 5 months
I purchased this refrigerator 5 months ago. It worked fine and cooled sufficiently. Simple design with plenty of room in the fridge and freezer for a family of 4. Yesterday it started making a very loud noise that sounds like a lawnmower in my kitchen. I called LG because I have an extended warranty. They asked me to unplug it for 6 hours to let any ice buildup melt. That didn't help. The fridge is making even more noise. Now we must wait 10 days for a technician to come and see it. VERY disappointed with our new fridge. I had an old one for over 15 years and didn't have any issues like this.
Nice basic model.
Purchased a year ago online during covid pandemic supply chain challenge. I needed a fridge right away and settled on this one for brand and color (I really dislike stainless.) It seems to maintain temperature fine. If the space for your fridge is in a corner like mine (next to a wall), be aware that removing the shelves is difficult. They come out best if you can open the door beyond 90 degrees, something I can't do in a corner. The shelves hit the door and won't come out easily. Also be aware that the glass inserts of the shelves do not come off the frames so if you spill liquids and the liquids get under the glass, you will not be able to clean under the glass. My previous fridge had the glass simply sitting in the frame and the glass could be completely removed and cleaned on both sides. These shelves have the glass attached (glued?) permanently and do not allow for removal of just the glass for cleaning. There is now dry liquid under the glass that I can't clean. GROSS! Also, be aware that when you close the fridge door, the freezer door pops open briefly and if the slightest thing is gently pressing on the inside of the freezer door, it will not close and will allow the freezer to thaw. Also, you have to use a good amount of force to close the fridge door or it will not close all the way (See video: https://youtu.be/f0u3MG8RhhI. This platform only allowed for the attachment of one video so I'm adding the link to the second video here.) Too much force, freezer opens. Note enough force, fridge door doesn't close. It's sleek and functional, but these little "inconveniences" make me think twice about buying LG in the future without full vetting in person in the store.
Let us help you with that! Please send us a private message on Facebook or Twitter using @LGUSSupport and include #VOC, your name and model # and we would be happy to troubleshoot the issue.^Sandy
Spacious and Deep
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this LG refrigerator to replace to replace a refrigerator that I brought new 3 years ago that quit working, and I am so glad I went with LG, it is more spacious and deep and I love the layout of the compartments, this was a great buy!
Nice Fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel like the refrigerator itself works pretty well, but then the temperature controls seem to be all over the place you move it a little bit too far over to the left and it freezes too far to the right and it doesn’t stay cold at all.
Hi, Nikki. Thank you for sharing your feedback on your LG Refrigerator (LTCS20020S) model. We understand your concern about the temperature controls don't perform as expected. Good Choice!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this four months ago. I have given myself time to adjust to the minor differences between this one and my prevoius refrigerator. I find this to be just as promised. Spacious, quiet, economical, easy to clean and easy to comparamentalized my food product.
Roomingness, lots of room
I'm hoping this last longer than my frigidaire refrigerator. Had problems many times of not cooling. Four times with the freezer part and the last time the fridge. Only this a year and a half. Do they know you much money of food I had to throw away. They said the freezer was to full. I never blocked the vents inside. I'm hoping I have a great experience with LG. I never owned anything from them.
