The rear left corner roller cant be lowered so the whole unit rocks from front right corner to rear left corner. Used wood shim same color as laminate flooring under rear left corner to get somewhat level. Very frustrated with this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I looked at a bunch of refrigerators when our old one bit the dust and settled on the LG. I bought this from just a picture online and when it arrived I was very pleased with the purchase. Very room inside and most importantly it maintains a steady temperature. Extremely quiet. I never hear it turn on. Nice lines and clean finish. No attached handles to collect dirt. Very well designed.

I bought this refrigerator a month ago only because it is the only refrigerator that would fit in the allowed space in our kitchen-I really don't like top freezers. My issue is when I store something in a plastic container with a closed top the condensation in the container is unbelievable. eg, sliced strawberries have not been in the refrigerator 24 hr & look at the condensation & some actually turned spoiled. Had photos on cell phone but unable to upload to the page.

After all the bad review of LG. I thought $400 is a good deal to try it. First delivery was a broken item, but the second one is good. Cools fast, so far, 10 hours, running perfect. Let see what happens, I kept my 16 years old refrigerator just in case….haha.

Refrigerator part is great - no issues. The freezer fluctuates in temperature radically - from -5 to +20 degrees F in a matter of minutes. Food packaging is often wet and then freezes with frost on outside of product. Works fine for anywhere from a day or two to a few weeks. Who knows how often it happens; pure luck if it's happening when I just happen to open the freezer. Just moved ice cream to my big freezer AGAIN, as getting soft after repair taking place yesterday. Repair visits are up to 4 now. There are some things I really like about the appliance, but this is unacceptable. I just want the fridge replaced. Period.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had it for a few days and it good. Sadly this one does not have any water lines for the ice maker. . Just order the ice maker Lk65c kit. But I’m unsure it has the water line included the description does not tell me. If anyone has bought let let me know.

The 1st unit was defective. (NO cold air) The door 2nd unit has 'click' sound. The installer refused to reverse the door even though I have put on the request explicitly. (The installer only asked me to call LG, but LG claims that should be done by the installer) I am now stuck with the fridge with wrong door side and click sound.

I bought this fridge 2 months ago so far so good, it keeps food, milk & vegetables fresh for a period of time. Space inside is good although I wish the lights where directed a bit toward the back do you could see inside the back of the fridge. In addition, the door of the freezer section doesn't close as tight as the refrigerator portion. Overall it's a good fridge & I like the fact there are many cooling vent with different directions inside. I wish the temperature control was digital. Good job LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My refrigerator died and I had to buy this one in desperation. It was all I could get at the time. I do not like it. The top shelf won’t even hold a tall bottle of milk. You have to practically get on your knees to reach things.

Living in an old, small house we have very limited space for kitchen appliances. We struggled with our last frig because to be honest it just didn't fit our kitchen - too wide and too tall - so it jutted out and even looked out of place - but we didn't think we would be able to find a smaller refrigerator that still had the same amount of space inside. Being big milk drinkers (up to 5 gallons a week) we definitely didn't want to reduce our refrigerated storage!!! As our old refrigerator began to fail we began to shop for a new one. We were utterly delighted to find this LG Refrigerator!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Inside space is the same but the outside dimensions allow the frig to fit against the wall and under the cabinets where it was intended - HURRAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Naturally we did our research before buying - read many positive reviews on various sites - and after using the frig for a month we are adding to those positive reviews!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After having an LG vacuum sweeper and now this refrigerator we are COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE LG PRODUCT LINES and won't hesitate in saying WE HAVE BECOME LG CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!!! We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this refrigerator and any other LG product for that matter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
