[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Delivery was a problem with it delivered with door hinged wrong way and they would not change it. However it the frig powered up and cooled down quickly. The shelves were easy to arrange and spaces served well. It is easy to clean and well lighted. We like the clean, smooth and simple design. We do wish that you would make a shallower depth frig as it is hard to get to thing in the back. Also, it would be good to have all the controls up front and center.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed an extra fridge where we could store purchases from our big box store that we didn't need to use right away. Our new LG LTCS20020W refrigerator is the perfect size and performs excellently. Perfect size and design.

It's hard to review after 2 weeks since, gee, it works when plugged in. We use this as an extra refrig in the garage so we weren't looking for feature-laden appliance. The features are basic but nice (solid shelves and nice LED lighting but cheap plastic for the drawers and bins - expected now on any refrig less than $3k). It cools well but we'll see what happens during the long South Florida summers. It replaced a Kenmore that seemed to have issues from the get-go and lasted less than 5 years. I've done countless research and concluded that every appliance manufacturer (Whirlpool, Kenmore, LG, Samsung, GE, Maytag, etc.) use the same cheap parts made in China and they are all 90% the same internally. No one builds appliances to last 15-20 years anymore, even the so-called luxury brands or high-end lines. I don't buy extended warranties as they generally don't pay off in the end. I will be happy if this lasts 10 years without any repairs. I've deducted a star because it's hard to give 5 stars for something that does what it should do out-of-the-box.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My very old clunker of a fridge gave out. This refrigerator offers the same amount of refrigerated space and is smaller. I like the veneer on the outside and it makes ice cubes way faster than my old fridge.

Listen to other reviews and don't buy this. The shelves came cracked. They only replaced one within the first year for free. Now I have to pay to replace all the others, including the door shelves. I never put anything heavy on them either. The materials are just poor quality. Every once in a while the fridge gets warm for no reason. This fridge is only two years old and it has all these problems.

Had this brand new fridge for about 3 months. Freezer door is not held closed by magnets or latch and will pop open when the lower door is closed (air pressure?). Sometimes it remains open just slightly, but not enough to be apparent. Left my place for two days and upon return, nearly all items in the freezer had thawed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this LG refrigerator to replace to replace a refrigerator that I brought new 3 years ago that quit working, and I am so glad I went with LG, it is more spacious and deep and I love the layout of the compartments, this was a great buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think I am spoiled by LG appliances. We have been using this LG fridge for some time now and are very satisfied with it. We chose not to buy one with the icemaker but later decided to purchase one and install it ourselves. It was very hard to locate one and when we did it took a couple of months before it was in stock for shipment. Once you go LG you'll never go back.

I’ve had this fridge for almost 2 years now and noticed that since the beginning my food gets frozen if it’s anywhere near the back half of the refrigerator. Also, I noticed that the stainless steel scratches so easily. Pretty upsetting. I wish it was better quality.
