Refrigerator part is great - no issues. The freezer fluctuates in temperature radically - from -5 to +20 degrees F in a matter of minutes. Food packaging is often wet and then freezes with frost on outside of product. Works fine for anywhere from a day or two to a few weeks. Who knows how often it happens; pure luck if it's happening when I just happen to open the freezer. Just moved ice cream to my big freezer AGAIN, as getting soft after repair taking place yesterday. Repair visits are up to 4 now. There are some things I really like about the appliance, but this is unacceptable. I just want the fridge replaced. Period.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the refrigerator for the room and it worked great until the fan in the freezer went out in less than 2 years. Reporting it to get it serviced was a pain; call this number, call that number, etc. Finally able to coordinate my schedule with the service tech and he arrived with the part, had it fixed and on his way in about 20 minutes. Excellent service from him.

The spacious interior is thoughtfully laid out, with plenty of room for all my groceries and a top freezer that's easy to access. The cooling performance is exceptional—everything stays fresh, and I’ve never had an issue with uneven temperatures. It's also impressively quiet, which is a huge plus. The clean, white finish fits beautifully in my kitchen, and it’s easy to keep spotless. It’s clear LG put a lot of thought into the design and durability of this model. If you're looking for an affordable, high-quality refrigerator with all the essentials and then some, I highly recommend the LTCS20020W/01. It’s an absolute win for any home!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this refrigerator as a 2nd fridge/freezer for our home. There is more space then we had anticipated for. We purchased this online and were not sure how the extra trays on the doors were going to be, but they are very sturdy and hold so much more then we expected. For the price, you really can't beat this for size and it looks great too!

I was happy to find the perfect replacement for my old refrigerator which needed a new seal and was hard to clean. This refrigerator was on sale before Memorial Day and had the perfect measurements for my small kitchen. It has an energy star which should help with the electric bill. This stainless steel refrigerator looks good with my other appliances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I remodeled my kitchen this year and replaced a French door fridge with this top freezer model. It is perfect for my lifestyle, I am a widow and entertain occasionally. There is more than enough space for extra foods when I entertain guests.

We purchased this as a "2nd" refrigerator. It seems to be solidly designed except for no light in the freezer section. This is not a showstopper but if it had one, we would have given it 5 stars. We did change the door orientation to LH hinge with no problem.

My refrigerator was delivered yesterday and the LG LK65C icemaker was delivered today. Neither the water valve bracket nor the water flow tube on the ice maker were compatible with this refrigerator. After reviewing a few of these posts, I see that LG should have known about this and made a change to the literature that states the LG LK65C icemaker is compatible with the LTCS 20020 refrigerator. I spent an hour and a half on the phone this afternoon, and got nowhere with LG. I was asked to call back tomorrow (02/09/2024) to get in touch with parts. When I tried to get in touch with them today (several times), I got into an endless loop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed an extra fridge where we could store purchases from our big box store that we didn't need to use right away. Our new LG LTCS20020W refrigerator is the perfect size and performs excellently. Perfect size and design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this LG refrigerator to replace to replace a refrigerator that I brought new 3 years ago that quit working, and I am so glad I went with LG, it is more spacious and deep and I love the layout of the compartments, this was a great buy!
