[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this refrigerator/freezer. It's big enough and it's as cold as it should be, even on the medium setting. That being said, I think it could have been better with a light in the freezer. Why don't manufacturers address this issue? A deli compartment in the refrigerator portion would have been nice as well. These issues still don't warrant knocking a whole star off, because the refrigeration is the main thing, and this really does the job. I have found that keeping things extra cold keeps food usable for a longer period. I could probably freeze things in the refrigerator if I turned it up to high.

This new refrigerator was easy to set up and has a lot of room for storage in both the freezer and refrigerator. So far we are pleased with this purchase and are hoping for it to last many years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with our fridge. It does exactly what we need; well designed and good space for a narrow unit. Only complaint is that it does not come with a meat/cheese drawer like units of similar size.

I've had this new refrigerator for about 3 weeks. My choices are limited because I live in an old house with ceiling cabinets that restrict height. So far I'm mostly happy with my choice. My old refrigerator/freezer had the air circulation vents in places that were easily blocked. The new one has them more strategically placed so we can maximize the space without restricting air flow. I like the design of the produce drawers too. In the old one they were angled in the back which limited what could go in them. There are a couple drawbacks that I've noticed in 3 weeks. While the freezer is within the temperature safe zone with the factory setting, the refrigerator is not. It only keeps it cold to about 45 degrees. I needed to move it colder a notch to get it to read in the safe zone. Also, the seal on the refrigerator door rubs on the lower corner of the hinge side and keeps the door from closing easily. I have to make sure to push it harder to get it to close. I'm expecting that may cause seal problems later on so I hope the Home Depot extended warranty will cover it if it fails. I've also read other reviews that mention the bottom of the door being low to the floor and catching their foot when closing. Yup, I get that too. And I have hit my head on the freezer when standing up after bending over to access something in the back of the refrigerator, but I had that problem in the old one as well. I do wish it had included the small drawer on the second shelf and some bin dividers for the door bins, but I do appreciate how quiet it is. I'd like to do a review in six months to a year to report back how it is holding up.

I bought the refrigerator on 11/11 and it was delivered on 11/13! It has made a loud motor noise since! I thought it was just the initial cooling process and noise would subside and eventually end, wrong! Finally LG is sending some one to look at it on 11/28 after days of calling and email messages…….

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Keeps things cool, but some minor problems. 1. No light in the freezer. 2. Clean front panel, but impossible to keep clean without exterior handles. 3. Bottom door does not fully close without a nudge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this model it look big in the store get home put all the stuff back in from old 20 c-foot fridge twenty years old ,and it only has two door shelfs ,no cold meat slide out ,they just don`t make them like they use to!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator was purchased as second refrigerator to handle overflow from the kitchen refrigerator. After receiving this unit and adding food items I began to appreciate how well designed it is. The door compartments are wide enough to easily store most bottles, cans and food storage containers. Interior space is also very large and well lit, and seems to be designed for maximum space. Cooling performance is acceptable with cabinet temperatures distributed evenly. So far, very satisfied with my LG refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our unit for about 3 weeks now and so far it's working just great. love the sleek exterior modern look. The led interior light is a wonderful addition, makes everything look clean and bright. We are disappointed with the interior as there were no ice cube trays or bin to put them in and they had already taken our old one away with what we needed. Also, there wasn't a pantry drawer which we have to use zip bins for dairy products, that is shown as (letter I) in the manual. It would have been helpful if the bottom door bin been would have been there, could the one shown in the owners manual (letter Q) be installed in our unit? Otherwise we love it. The clerk should have mentioned to us the missing pieces.
