The shape of the brush head allows each tooth to get thoroughly cleaned. It also felt like my gums were getting a great massage. Very impressed. If there was anything I would change it would be these two things: 1. Having a flat surface on the bottom of the replacement head. This really bugs me as I like to stand the brush head to dry in my medicine cabinet. I'm unable to do this as it's angled and have to lie it down which isn't the best option. You may ask why not just leave it on? Well, there's several of us who use it, so that's not an option. 2. Having a cap to cover the brush head in between uses. Yes, it's kept in my medicine cabinet, but it has fallen on the floor so having that extra coverage would be a great feature. .
