If you love clean teeth, this is a must. There’s nothing bad to say about it. If you have the app open it shows you exactly where you have brushed and where you have missed. It also times you and gives you a smile or frown. There is nothing bad to say about this product. The battery charge lasts a couple of weeks , but you can certainly leave it on the magnetic charging base all the time.

The Oral-B iO Electric Toothbrush is slim and powerful. It fits the hand well. There are buttons on the unit that allow you to program various features. Its charging stand ensures that the unit is always fully charged.

The io7 is a great power toothbrush! Haven’t been too fond of them with others I have tried. They are usually way overpriced but Sam’s has a great value for the brushes and replacement heads! Don’t buy replacement heads anywhere else! Hopefully Sam’s continues to sell the 6 pack.

love it, I love the toothbrush, its my first automatic and I won't be going back to manual! Who knew that 2 minutes was so long and never long enough? My teeth have never felt so clean after brushing and i just love these replacements. The price was great too!

The toothbrush itself is bulky. The openings on the bottom of the brush head leak the secretions down the brush while brushing your mouth.

Long time iO user have replaced heads at 90 day intervals until now (2, 2 min brushings per day). The new heads last at most 2 months, becoming frayed and softer. Blue color disappears well before 2 months. From your responses to other poor reviews I see that you purposefully changed the design recently, so that they become all white with use. The color isn't an issue for me but the faster degradation in bristle quality and function is. Hope you will improve the situation.

I completely agree with others who are dissatisfied with the new design of these brush heads. I too am replacing them sooner than the recommended 3 months. I actually thought I was getting knock-offs. My teeth don't feel as clean and I find I'm brushing my teeth more frequently. Extremely disappointed!

I bought the six pack of the ultimate clean refills. Each one (on my 3rd refill now) has only lasted less than 30 days before the blue had disappeared from the head! What the heck?! I’ve always ordered the plaque removal style prior with each lasting well beyond 30 days. Please exchange these and replace with the plaque ones. Can’t afford to be replacing a head every month. By the way, I LOVE my iO 7 brush! Hygienist has a positive comment on my brushing each time I go for my 6 month cleaning. 70 years old and proud of my teeth and Oral B, except for these ultimate clean refills. I have included pics too.

I purchase this item thinking that it was a replacement head for my Oral-B toothbrush, but it is an entirely different head for the toothbrush that I have. When I got home and tried to fit one of them on my toothbrush, I found that the bottom of this brush head was entirely different from the one on my toothbrush.

I am so disappointed with the new replacement heads. I ordered a 6 pack last month and immediately noticed that they were a different color and they felt much softer. My brush head looks like it's 2 months old after only 2 weeks of use and my teeth do not feel as clean as they did before they changed the brush heads. I am so sad because I've loved my IO for over 2 years now. The quality of the brush head is no longer the same. Please bring back the original!
