Compared to regular Oral-B brushes, it offers enhanced features but at a higher price. Pros: advanced tech, effective cleaning, and user-friendly interface. Cons: expensive and requires app integration. Despite the cost, I would purchase it again for its exceptional performance.

The brush head not only oscillates, rotates and vibrates for a better cleaning...but it seems to make it easier to clean your inner teeth. This toothbrush system connects to an app to show you exactly where you brushed and what you missed and if you are brushing too hard. It is kind of hard to watch the app as you brush but this is a great idea. Overall I like the concept and it's crazy to think a toothbrush could teach you how to properly brush your teeth. It's a keeper

I LOVE that the color changes to let you know when it’s time to replace your brush heads. My teeth are whiter, it cleans better than other brushes, and it's really effective. It's not cheap, but it's worth it. It still feels like new, so it will last a few more years. Great packaging. I will continue to use this oral-b IO. It really makes a difference.

The feeling of clean as you pass your tongue across your teeth is the same feeling you have after going to the dentist. I've reduced the need for a deep clean at the dentist with daily use. A good investment and 6 replacements in one pack makes a great value and money well spent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not used to using a electric toothbrush so when I first used it it made my gums bleed a little bit. I have since learned to apply less pressure. It helped my teeth feel really clean but I still think I prefer a manual toothbrush.

Alas, two minutes is the daily "goal" of these electric toothbrushes and it works. Ironically, the bristles on these "standard" refills seem to be more effective than specialized ones but they are all outstanding and last for months rather than weeks. They are easily installed, just as the brush is easy to use and far more effective than earlier generations of electric toothbrushes just as the discreet "landing" pad takes up scant space on the counter.

I also appreciate the durability — each head lasts several weeks without losing its cleaning power or bristle shape. Highly recommend if you want to get the most out of your iO toothbrush!

Been using the iO7 for about a year and love it. What disappoints me is the brush head. Purchased the package of 6 from Sam's and every single one has broke within a month. There is a tiny piece of plastic with a magnet attached inside the head that breaks off. I do not drop them, or hit them against the sink. I am very gentle with them. I'm on my last brush head and needing to purchase more. Hope the Oral-b rep read this and take my suggestion back to the design board to make the internal pieces stronger. They are too expensive to have to replace every month.
