We use this mozzarella when making lasagna. The cheese is just the right size and the taste is nice and creamy. The cheese melts evenly and easy to scatter on each level of lasagna. It is low fat and you can tell that it isn’t too much.

I buy this cheese then divide it all up by putting them in small freezer bags. Then I only take out what I need & put the rest in the freezer. I’ve been doing this for years and it’s also been cost effective. When I need another bag, I take it out of the freezer and put it in the refrigerator to thaw out.

We buy this all the time. It is delicious and is much less expensive to buy it at Sam’s. We bag it in freezer bags with about three cups of cheese in each bag, then put the excess in the freezer until needed. It freezes well and can be used for so many dishes.
