I use this is my salads almost everyday, thicker cuts of cheese and none of that dry, powdery residue like other shredded cheeses.

Great value for shredded mozzarella. It is shredded a little larger than I like and does not melt as smoothly in cooking. I recommend

Good price. Use it on a variety of recipes I make. I buy the bag, then split it into smaller portions, then freeze the portions I won't use for a while.

I buy this cheese from Sam's occasionally, but I don't like how thick the shreds are, and they can do much better on the price. Having to pay a membership at Sam's, but many times pay higher prices than other grocery or wholesale stores, makes me wonder if the membership is even worth it??

Great value item. We immediately open the bag and reseal smaller amounts for long-tern use. We sprinkle this cheese on salad, pizza, pasta, and many other items. We just wish Sam's Club, and similar retailers, still carried shredder sharp or medium cheddar (not mixed cheeses.)

I have bought cheese in bulk many times and been disappointed with the tastelessness of it. This cheese has a great taste and is fairly priced. To help preserve the freshness I open the big bag right away and distribute the cheese in smaller Ziplock bags and freeze it.
