I have recently received the package consisted of the Member's Mark Shredded Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese. All of my family loves it to a large degree. We use it for cooking pizza, adding to various salads, eating with potatoes, etc. Nice food!

I know the cheese snobs are going to tell me to buy a block and hand shred it myself while listening to Italian opera or whatever. And yes, freshly shredded is technically better since bagged cheese has anti caking agents. But honestly? This stuff is the next best thing when real life is happening. It melts great, tastes fresh, doesn’t turn into an oily rubber blanket, and absolutely carried homemade pizza night at our house. Also dangerously easy to grab handfuls straight out of the bag while pretending you’re “cooking.” For pre shredded mozzarella, this punches way above its weight.

I keep one in the refrigerator and put remainder in the freezer so it is always available. It thaws very well. It always melts wonderfully and tastes amazing. Great for either a lasagna or just extra cheese on your pizza.

If you need a lot of mozzarella cheese this is a good choice. Eaten by itself, it's slightly salty. The flavor does come through when baked. It melted and browned nicely on my Sam's Club manicotti. I think this is made to be baked rather than added to a salad.

This cheese was delicious, Look at the pictures of my stuffed shells I made with it. Delicious!!!! So many uses like pizza, grill-cheese, sausage rolls, lasagna and so much more. I took this large bag and sepaeated it into smaller portions and put them in the freezer.

Member's Mark shredded mozzarella cheese is a go-to in our house. We use it regularly to top off frozen pizza, as well as make homemade cheese bread. It melts perfectly, without any grease. It keeps really well, too. Often times, I will separate about a pound at a time into a separate Ziploc bag so as to not pollute the larger bag with human germs.

This review is for Members Mark shredded mozzarella cheese (5lb). The product arrived well packaged and cold. I have used this bag of cheese multiple times for various dishes. The quality is excellent. The taste is delicious. It melts well and adds a great flavor and cheese pull to cheesy dishes. I have used it for pizza sliders and lasagna. I’m very impressed with the quality of this product and will absolutely buy again. The only thing is I wish it was in a resealable bag, but that does not affect the quality and taste at all!
