Made a homemade spinach lasagna with the mozzarella. The cheese melted evenly and had a nice creamy cheese pull. Family loved the lasagna, the cheese added a great taste. Since it melted so evenly, we will be making quesadillas on the griddle next.

This mozzarella was very flavorful and I would buy it again. I used it for lasagna, chicken, Parmesan, and eggplant power shot as well as pizza. all of us are well received by my family and I would serve it to them again

Absolutely delicious cheese. Large quantity and absolutely great for making pizzas or other Italian items that need significant cheese. Shreds are larger than other cheeses. Will definitely look to buy again in the future.

I really liked this low moisture part skim milk mozzarella cheese. It tastes good. It isn't clumpy it mealts well. Great for all of your cooking needs. I was hesitant about it being already shredded but it great I have no complaints.
