This low moisture part skim mozzarella cheese is really good. It has a nice firm texture, melts great, and works well for things like pizza, pasta, and casseroles. It’s not too heavy, and the flavor is mild, which is why kids usually love it. It’s easy to easy to use, and just a good everyday cheese to keep in the fridge or the freezer.

Good shredded mozzarella, like that it is available in bulk. Would like to see the same quantity but with resealable bag or 1lb bags within a larger 5lb bag. I used for lasagna night and make your pizza night for my family of 4 and still have half the bag left. It melts nicely and tastes good.

I buy this bag of cheese all the time. I'm a cheese fanatic so every lunch or dinner dish I make always requires some cheese. The problem with this cheese is that if you leave it in the fridge it will get stale before it's due date. I always had that problem and would always end up having to toss this cheese out. So I decided to freeze the cheese! This has been the best method for me. I will try to keep the shreds broken up so when I need to get some I won't have to worry about having it to unthaw it a bit or to hit it with my rubber mallet if I have to. Sometimes I have to do the latter but I haven't had to throw my cheese away in a while!

We buy this all the time. It is delicious and is much less expensive to buy it at Sam’s. We bag it in freezer bags with about three cups of cheese in each bag, then put the excess in the freezer until needed. It freezes well and can be used for so many dishes.

Tastes great. But, I usually break the package into halves. One I use and the other I freeze. It still can mold before I can use it thought. I wish they sold the sam amount in 3-4 seperately sealed bags like they do some of the other shredded cheeses.

The product is great. We used it on homemade pizza and the cheese melted well and was very tasty. I have since used it on grilled cheese and in macaroni and cheese. The cheese is soft, doesnt have an odor and does not lump together like others I have used. I did not take photos of the packaging (I know now in future to do that) but that would be why this got 4/5 stars and not 5/5. The packaging was not great. Box was damaged probably in transit and the ice packs inside were not sufficient to keep the cheese cool. Upon opening it was luke warm. Icepacks were small, and box was huge. I would however recommend this product, and I would definitely purchase it in future.

This mozzarella tastes good, but has way too much moisture. The she's stick together in clumps making it hard to use.

I really enjoyed this cheese. I was a little nervous to get such a big bag but I was able to freeze some and share with friends. Ive been using it in salads, casserole dishes and mac and cheese! Its very creamy and melts perfectly in every meal!

I love cheese so this give pound bag of mozzarella is perfect for my family. I put it in ziplock bags to keep it fresh for all my recipes. It has a great mozzarella taste and it's low carb for my dietary needs.

This cheese is very delicious. It was fresh and did not clump together. It also melted nicely on the dishes we cooked. We made a huge pan of baked lasagne and used nearly the entire bag. It was delicious.
