This cheese is really good for the price. It doesn’t have the powdered feel to it. It melts very easily. I have also enjoyed this cheese on my daily salads; it works really well for pizza also. I also broke my bag into 3 half-gallon freezer bags! I would recommend it.

This low moisture part skim mozzarella cheese is really good. It has a nice firm texture, melts great, and works well for things like pizza, pasta, and casseroles. It’s not too heavy, and the flavor is mild, which is why kids usually love it. It’s easy to easy to use, and just a good everyday cheese to keep in the fridge or the freezer.

Good shredded mozzarella, like that it is available in bulk. Would like to see the same quantity but with resealable bag or 1lb bags within a larger 5lb bag. I used for lasagna night and make your pizza night for my family of 4 and still have half the bag left. It melts nicely and tastes good.

I received the 5lb bag of mozzarella shredded cheese in late April 2026. I made some spaghetti with real beef and Italian sausage with sauce. I was surprised at how fast it melted. Prior to putting it on my food i ate some and was pleased with the taste. I normally dont eat cheese but i can see using this for other things like cheesey garlic bread.

Our family use a lot of cheese, especially mozzarella, and this bag is the ticket for us. The shred is the perfect size for pizza and similar use. Cheese has great flavor and right moisture. Only complaint is that the cheese sticks a little in the bag making some clumps, but they are easily separated.

I was really excited to try this product, it shipped quickly. I like that it is five pounds but I do wish they would spilt the bag and do it as a dual pack instead of one large 5lb bag. We buy cheese in bulk and have never had an issue in the past, however this bag came and even though the date said good until July, a few days after it arrived we opened it to use and it had mold inside.

This mozzarella cheese melts very well. I used it for a homemade pizza and it turned out fantastic. The taste is very good and very comparable to any brand names on the market. The 5 pound bag is a challenge to use in a household before the expiration date, but I’m giving it my best try. Business use would be ideal.

This cheese was delicious, Look at the pictures of my stuffed shells I made with it. Delicious!!!! So many uses like pizza, grill-cheese, sausage rolls, lasagna and so much more. I took this large bag and sepaeated it into smaller portions and put them in the freezer.

I was astonished at how big the bag of cheese was when it arrived. The first thought I had was to use it to make a pizza. It worked out fine. I was able to get my wife and kids involved in the creation phase of the meal. Everything worked out fine! The cheese had great flavor and was a great match for the pizza project!
