Our family use a lot of cheese, especially mozzarella, and this bag is the ticket for us. The shred is the perfect size for pizza and similar use. Cheese has great flavor and right moisture. Only complaint is that the cheese sticks a little in the bag making some clumps, but they are easily separated.

Member's Mark shredded mozzarella cheese is a go-to in our house. We use it regularly to top off frozen pizza, as well as make homemade cheese bread. It melts perfectly, without any grease. It keeps really well, too. Often times, I will separate about a pound at a time into a separate Ziploc bag so as to not pollute the larger bag with human germs.

This cheese is one of my favorites. Has great taste and it melts well in lasagna, pizza or other dishes. It's the only brand of mozzarella cheese I purchase after being disappointed by other kinds. I'm always snacking on it while prepping the food it is going into.

I buy this cheese then divide it all up by putting them in small freezer bags. Then I only take out what I need & put the rest in the freezer. I’ve been doing this for years and it’s also been cost effective. When I need another bag, I take it out of the freezer and put it in the refrigerator to thaw out.
