Whenever I bring this home my family giggles with joy for they know that we’re making homemade pizza. I’ve used this cheese in lasagna, pizza and pasta bakes. Always brings joy to my family who are avid cheese eaters. The price is always affordable which is a bonus in this economy.

I received this product for an honest review. I do like to cook with cheese, so this was a great product for me to try out. Three of the ways I used this cheese was on Nachos in the microwave, Naan pizza on the grill and topped off a burger with it. This was not finely shredded cheese which worked out very well for me to freeze it. Since it was such a big bag, I broke it down into smaller baggies and froze the cheese. I then took it out as I needed it. It handled the freezer well and when I went to use it, it broke apart easily and melted as expected. I thought it had a creamy texture when it melted and it still had the right amount of stretch without breaking apart. The mozzarella cheese was not bland and I thought it had good flavor. I can see myself purchasing this in the future. With a household with just two people the only downside I would say is it was a large bag, but because it freezes well, I would just freeze it in smaller quantities like I did with this bag.

I highly recommend this shredded mozzarella cheese. The texture is perfect for melting, making it a great choice for homemade pizzas, lasagna, any kind of baked pasta dishes, casseroles, and cheesy garlic bread. I also enjoy using it in omelets, quesadillas, and salads for an extra flavor.

Members Mark low moisture part skim mozzarella shredded cheese is a fantastic cheese for any of your recipes. It worked great for lasagna and for putting in a meatloaf. It kept the meatloaf very moist and was delicious. When i opened the package i was very surprised at how the cheese wasn't clumped together and yet it didn't seem like there was anti caking agents on the cheese. Eating it straight from the package it was very creamy and delicious. It was also good on antipasto salads. I would buy this anytime i need a good quality pre shredded mozzarella cheese.

This low moisture part skim mozzarella cheese is really good. It has a nice firm texture, melts great, and works well for things like pizza, pasta, and casseroles. It’s not too heavy, and the flavor is mild, which is why kids usually love it. It’s easy to easy to use, and just a good everyday cheese to keep in the fridge or the freezer.

I received the 5lb bag of mozzarella shredded cheese in late April 2026. I made some spaghetti with real beef and Italian sausage with sauce. I was surprised at how fast it melted. Prior to putting it on my food i ate some and was pleased with the taste. I normally dont eat cheese but i can see using this for other things like cheesey garlic bread.

Good shredded mozzarella, like that it is available in bulk. Would like to see the same quantity but with resealable bag or 1lb bags within a larger 5lb bag. I used for lasagna night and make your pizza night for my family of 4 and still have half the bag left. It melts nicely and tastes good.

Our family use a lot of cheese, especially mozzarella, and this bag is the ticket for us. The shred is the perfect size for pizza and similar use. Cheese has great flavor and right moisture. Only complaint is that the cheese sticks a little in the bag making some clumps, but they are easily separated.

The cheese is nicely shredded, good consistency, not too thin. The cheese melts well and also freezes well. After thawing, the cheese has maintained its original texture and taste. My only suggestions would be to package it as two 2.5 pound bags instead of one 5 pound bag so that storage and freezing would be easier. Or at least make the bag resealable and freezer safe.
