This cheese has great flavor and melts well. I love that it doesn't have a powdery or gritty texture. Instead, it's smooth and creamy with a slightly salty taste. I love the size of the bag, because it also freezes well. I can save money by storing it in smaller bags in the freezer. Win, win!

Incredibly delicious mozzarella cheese! It’s exactly the type of cheese I like in a mozzarella.u family used it to make homemade pizza and it was so good! The cheese melts to perfection and it felt like I couldn’t get enough of it on the pizza! It also tastes great on sandwiches, salads, and in wraps. I am also looking forward to using it on chicken parmesan. The one thing I noticed is that the shredded cheese tended to stick together in the large bag. It was easy enough to separate the cheese shreds apart by sprinkling it into a bowl or onto whatever I needed it for though. Another great part about this product is that the bag is HUGE! Because I can’t use it all at once, I separate the big bag into smaller freezer bags which makes the product last as long as I need it. It freezes very well and tastes fresh even when thawed.

The product is great. We used it on homemade pizza and the cheese melted well and was very tasty. I have since used it on grilled cheese and in macaroni and cheese. The cheese is soft, doesnt have an odor and does not lump together like others I have used. I did not take photos of the packaging (I know now in future to do that) but that would be why this got 4/5 stars and not 5/5. The packaging was not great. Box was damaged probably in transit and the ice packs inside were not sufficient to keep the cheese cool. Upon opening it was luke warm. Icepacks were small, and box was huge. I would however recommend this product, and I would definitely purchase it in future.

I was really excited to try this product, it shipped quickly. I like that it is five pounds but I do wish they would spilt the bag and do it as a dual pack instead of one large 5lb bag. We buy cheese in bulk and have never had an issue in the past, however this bag came and even though the date said good until July, a few days after it arrived we opened it to use and it had mold inside.
