Whenever I bring this home my family giggles with joy for they know that we're making homemade pizza. I've used this cheese in lasagna, pizza and pasta bakes. Always brings joy to my family who are avid cheese eaters. The price is always affordable which is a bonus in this economy.

We buy this all the time. It is delicious and is much less expensive to buy it at Sam’s. We bag it in freezer bags with about three cups of cheese in each bag, then put the excess in the freezer until needed. It freezes well and can be used for so many dishes.

This is the creamiest shredded mozzarella that you will ever find! A little bit goes a long way. I separate the bag into several different quart or gallon bags keeping the one I'm using in the fridge and the rest in the freezer until I'm ready for them. It freezes great!

I buy this cheese then divide it all up by putting them in small freezer bags. Then I only take out what I need & put the rest in the freezer. I’ve been doing this for years and it’s also been cost effective. When I need another bag, I take it out of the freezer and put it in the refrigerator to thaw out.

Home made pizzas are best when you use quality ingredients. This cheese is my sure fire ingredient for me to have my family happy and my guests looking forward coming over for home made pizza

Some big clumps of cheese in every bag I've purchased meaning you have to work to get it to fall apart, but aside from that, it's lower in carbs and tastes great!

Tastes great. But, I usually break the package into halves. One I use and the other I freeze. It still can mold before I can use it thought. I wish they sold the sam amount in 3-4 seperately sealed bags like they do some of the other shredded cheeses.

I buy this bag of cheese all the time. I'm a cheese fanatic so every lunch or dinner dish I make always requires some cheese. The problem with this cheese is that if you leave it in the fridge it will get stale before it's due date. I always had that problem and would always end up having to toss this cheese out. So I decided to freeze the cheese! This has been the best method for me. I will try to keep the shreds broken up so when I need to get some I won't have to worry about having it to unthaw it a bit or to hit it with my rubber mallet if I have to. Sometimes I have to do the latter but I haven't had to throw my cheese away in a while!

Just feels and tastes fake. The threads are more like crumbles when you start adding it onto Pizza. I wish they would sell the 5 or 6 pound block/loaf so I can shred it the right way myself

I did not like the taste or the plastic burning smell it made when baking. Good price,not a good product.
